Car sales man Jin was amazing.
Car sales man Jin was amazing. I was able to get most of the work done through phone/text messaging. The moment I got there I probably spent less than 1 hour and a half just to get my brand car which was great. Just two days after I purchased my new vehicle it started to give me electrical issues. It took a few days, but I was advised by the service team there was a factory issue ( loose wire). Apart from the faulty electrical issue my experience went well.

Purchase a vehicle from this dealership, great experience. When it was time for service brought it into the service department with an appointment m, it is my only vehicle so I needed to wait, which was fine, clean waiting area. Rai and Dominick were very friendly and got the vehicle done in a timely manner. I do have to say. Sat there and listened to other business going on and have to say the world is crazy and these employees in the customer service business take a lot of crap from people that think they know it all and should get everything for free. It is not the person behind the desk fault, don’t take your anger out on them, think twice, the world could be a better place. Great dealership, nice people……..

Everything went well. Minor issues that were beyond their control with the vehicle, but they addressed it immediately. Prices were right even in these hectic time. I had dealt with Jin, Tim, Jay and Jose. Everything went great.
