Service department is great here, wish I purchased my vehicle there Dom and henry are the best -new car inventory issue stopped my purchased but service is great every time.

I was a loyal customer bought 3 cars there but will never spend another dime with them. After calling 3 times to set up an appointment and being on hold for no less than 10 minutes each time finally get through to Raj. Give him my info and debate with him about my car not being in their system. Sounds impossible since I bought the car there. Set that aside I finally just ask for an appointment which he set up for the next day. That morning I take the car in and talk to service guy about the issue with the car not starting without a jump. He tells me the diagnostic charge is $400 or I can get full service for $349 and that is included. I tell him I just got the car serviced so don’t need that. I ask him to explain why it cost $400 to hook the car up to computer? He says that’s the policy you pay that period if you don’t get the work done. I said to him that sounds like a “F en rip off” and that is where the wheels go off the tracks. His boss Dominic the service manager sitting next to him decides to rudely jump into the conversation and tell me “you don’t have to leave the car here”. I ask him why is he interjecting and even involved here and he tells me once again you don’t have to service your car here. We go back and forth with some explicit language and I grab my keys and leave. I have to tell you I have been driving for over 30 years getting cars serviced and never have run into anything close to that. I have owned 5 Jeeps and a Ram and these guys are the worst. Do not service your car there support your local garage. Took it there they replaced the battery all in $200 and change. No diagnostic bull.

The entire experience was amazing! Our sales lead, John, was a pleasure and a straight shooter. I was in and out with my new car in under 2 hours. :)

Like anyone else, I was nervous, skeptical and on the defense when I walked into this dealership. Ready for a salesman to pitch me a line and feed me stuff I didn't want to hear just to make a sale. That wasn't the case here. The salesman and GM took time to listen to my situation and treated me as a human being rather than a dollar sign. They were very understanding and helped me every step of the way to get me out of my current lease and into a new truck. So if you're looking for a new ride, I highly recommend this dealership

Well, I should've read the reviews and not buy a chrysler product, especially from this dealer, our 2022 grand cheroke L died couple of weeks after we purchased, jump started and took it to the dealer, they said we have caused a damage by wrong jump starting it, they said they will fix it for free although it was our fault, a week later car was returned but no paperwork, no loaner in the mean time, they said we burnt components due to wrong jump start. few weeks after that the car died again, this time it wasn't starting with jump, needed to be towed, it is now there for over 2 weeks although I paid $2473 out of pocket, they even wanted to involve my car insurance as a help to me with the bill which I didn't understand why or how? After numerous calls and hollow promises to the chrysler corporate for our findings about the issues effecting this model and what this dealer was notoriously famous for, they denied a buyback under lemon law and now wont even talk to me, only my lawyer apparently can communicate since I threatened to sue them. today the insurance adjuster called and he said totally different things to me about what they did and how they cant prove anything they did to the car. Is it chrysler scam or the dealer scam? Cant figure out, but nevertheless, they will pay for this when we go to court. Avoid buying a jeep or chrysler product, if you must do not buy or service at this dealer.
