Extremely unprofessional!

Extremely unprofessional! Don’t go here for service. Services advisor had attitude and showed a he knows everything and talking in a tone of racism towards you especially if you have any service contracts or any other plans. Went to do a first service since buying a car, he told me I had to pay additional while jeep wave covers the first two services. SCAM, RACIST, ATTITUDE. No matter how sales are I will never go there to do service nor buy a vehicle from them. Also they connected to Rt4 Jeep so therefore willl not go there either. I rather drive farther to get better service.

These people are actual criminals.

These people are actual criminals. I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn in because it was having issues starting. I received a call from Raj (spelling) in service telling me that rodents had eaten through some wires in the under carriage and that it would cost between $3,500 to $4,000 to repair. He sent me pictures of the alleged damage. He then tried convincing me I should not contact my insurance company until after they repaired it. He claimed if I went through insurance before it was repaired it would take a month or more. I told him that sounded sketchy and that I was not comfortable doing that. I picked up my car, called my insurance company and they sent over and adjuster. He was not able to locate the damaged wire harness but wrote up a claim and they flatbedded my vehicle to a legitimate body shop. I got a called two days later saying they had checked the vehicle thoroughly including having their computer guy hook the vehicle up and that no wires are damaged. They said it was a simple battery issue. I called the dealership back 4 times and have yet to receive a call back from Dominic tre device manager. These people are disgusting. Stay far, far away from this dealership.

Great, except nobody answers the line. Moreover, I’ve now called at least 7 times. I spoke to people individuals on 4 occasions and asked to speak to Dominic the Service Manager. I was told I’d receive a call back but as expected I did not. Your service department clearly lied and tried to “steal” money from me and who knows how many others. I literally just got off the phone with Brandy at your dealership who was very nice and said she would do what she can to get someone with authority to call me back. Either way, until the dealership makes me whole I will take to social media and word of mouth to do what I can to keep this from happening to others. What terrible business practices. Really disgusting. By the way, you have my name and my number so I suggest whoever reads this from the dealership (unless the dealership’s reply is auto-generated, which is more likely) reach out to me to address my concern.

And still no response. These people are CRIMINALS. They outright lied in an attempt to steal money from a customer. I’ve now left no less than 7 messages (both voice mails as well as having spoken to four different people, including service rep Raj who lied to me in the first instance) and still no response from Dominic the service manager. They lied and got caught and don’t have the courage to call me back. I’ve literally never left a review like this before but these people are dishonest and I feel compelled to get the word out because I have no doubt they engage in this fraudulent behavior regularly. If you are reading this, stay far away from this dealership.

***ATTENTION, DONT TRUST KEVIN BISHOP*** **********HES A CROOK********** Drove on the lot this morning arriving 7:45am with my 2022 Ram 3500 Sport, I was greeted by Kevin Bishop. I happened to be the first customer of the day as I was anticipating on dropping off my vehicle for a on going warranty concern of my 12" radio display. While being written up by Kevin Bishop, Dominic (neighbor/manager) took interest in my milage and recommended 30k. While negotiating the services and prices we both stumbled across a price concern in the service, in which I reminded the advisor I have a maintenance package. I was quoted $499 Front Differential $499 Rear Differential and additional $499 driveline flush plus addition $175 for my oil change even though i have a maintenance package. With concerns about the status of my package I decide to call Ram Customer Care and gave the dealership the green light to work on my vehicle i would call and check. After 5 minutes of sitting outside of the service drive entrance in my spare veicle infront of service drive I noticed my truck being driven around back by the porter to the back parking area. Watching my vehicle parked I now decide to leave the property as I was still on the phone with Ram North America. Being informed by Ram customer care that my contract is valid, however the dealer I visit price menu is more then contract offer so it's MY choice to pay the difference or follow back with dealer I have been attending that honors my contract. Disconnecting with Customer Service I then decide to call a previous dealer I've visit to ask for price. When I found out another certified dealer offered the exact same service for half the price I immediately called and texted Kevin Bishop to not perform any maintenance service just the warranty concern about radio. My call to Kevin was pretty direct, I want to get the best bang for my buck, Kevin's tone of excitement changed but I was told ok radio only! Kevin then calls me back no more then 7 mins from the canceling and tells me "your vehicle is already in the shop and all my fluids are drained so looks like we going to have to do this service." I immediately stopped him and informed him not only did I just leave the lot and my car is parked in the back but I also have low jack on my vehicle and I'm informed everything my vehicle is started yet has not been started since I left the property. Kevin then goes and reply, we pulled the fluid and opened all the caps on new product and that's over $400 in merchandise that can not be returned. I then reminded Kevin I am a seasoned service advisor I have been through the business and the lies that are being told is turning me away as a customer. Kevin then replies back, well if your not going to perform no service than you can come pick up your truck! I reminded him my vehicle is there for a service which is the radio, Kevin replies, we'll we not going to get caught up in a radio spend all day on that if you not doing anything else so you can take your truck somewhere else. At this point I'm in utterly shock that my 2022 vehicle is behind denied attention of warranty because I'm not interested in over paying for maintenance service. Now I'm turning around to go back to dealership maybe 5 more mins pass between last call and I'm already online with Ram customer service, this time Kevin decides to call me back with which suppose to be a offer by his manager but failed to deliver the message. Dominic now takes over the call to ask what was the price of the other dealer so they can match. At this point I no longer wanted anymore service or work to be performed by this dealer as it is very clear they are crooks and if your not spending any money with them, they will not offer any warranty work. Waisted my entire day and now have to wait 3 more weeks to make another appointment with another dealership.

This review is about the service department.

This review is about the service department. They are scammers. Specifically, Lochan Latchman. I explained that my oil change and tire rotation was fully covered under my Jeep Wave policy. In order to get the price he originally quotes, he ended up jacking up the hourly labor fee to $209 per hour. I paid $400 for a service that should have been free. I called Jeep corporate, they filed a complaint and will help me look into this

I had a crazy issue with my jeep and spoke with the

I had a crazy issue with my jeep and spoke with the salesman I work with George. He was so kind and guided me as to what to do to tow the jeep over. Kevin was my Service Advisor and was also so incredibly nice! Kevin worked with my jeep until the problem was found and resolved. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recommend this dealership, George and Kevin to anyone who is looking to lease or fix a jeep. Thank you all!

A nightmare

I Do not recommend anyone come to this dealership for services. From getting my social ran fir a car that was already purchased to trying to cheat me out of thousands of dollars. Dealing with this dealership is nothing but a nightmare... As a hard working city worker this is not the customer service I expected. Disappointed is an understatement
