Hgreg Orlando sold me a $37,000 2019 Tahoe that has SEVERE FRAME DAMAGE!!!! It is unsafe for me to drive!!!! They said it was in a minor accident that had MINIMAL DAMAGE a “fender bender”. They lied, and now I have a car that is unsafe and worthless. I have 3 kids and work with people with disabilities and now I have no car to drive because it is UNSAFE. They are shady and do this ALL THE TIME! HGREG ORLANDO 👎🏼 you are horrible and I will tell everyone I know how you conduct business.

FIVE STARS!!!!! Kevin Mccoy was the sales rep who helped us and I could not be happier with my purchase. For the first time EVER I can say I went shopping for a car and left same day without hesitation and without feeling scammed. I would recommend checking the website and writing down the stock number of the cars or cars that you want and it will be so much faster. Mr. Mccoy walked us through everything, was extremely professional, and straightforward with ALL information. Before I had any questions, he walked me through everything. Johnny from finance was also extremely helpful and efficient in getting my financing done. They also have in in house DMV and Service Center so everything is EXTREMELY efficient and sure to be done correctly. Get in and out under 3 hours with an extremely affordable car (no matter the make/model) that you can trust!!

I hate going to dealerships. Do yourself a favor, choose online. Nena call me minutes from I filled out all the info, and the process was really smooth. Just review the paperwork, test drive and READY. Thank you Nena for treat me with respect and make everything possible that I could obtained the best deal possible. Really go to hGreg website and find your perfect car. You don’t have to “wait” and see the other sales people sitting while you’re wasting your precious time. I hope all others dealerships could understand that the old sales technique is OVER.

I had a good experience with Hgreg.com. Ralph was very patient and knowledgeable. My only negative was the fees that came at the end. However the price was still reasonable and slightly better than other dealerships.
