Best place to buy

After dealing with lousy dealers... I was looking for a used car, at a great price and in a friendly, non-salesman type environment. Visited several places but the moment I talked to Marcos G. at HGreg I found exactly what I needed. From the moment of first contact via text, to meeting at the lot the car buying process has been easy. Did I mention there was no stress? No sales pitches? The inventory, prices, test driving, and buying process was amazing. Marcos not only helped me find the perfect car, but was patient, easy to work with and made the entire process better than I could have asked for. The laid back environment of HGreg really makes it a great place to shop. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend making an appointment to talk with Marcos and he will be the best!

Andres was the best

Car had no navigation

I was met by a salesman named Sam. The first thing I said to him was I was looking for the Lexus they had for sale, which I was Pre approved for. I told him that the car must have navigation in it. They brought the car around and I test drove it. The car had a screen and appeared to have navigation. It had an icon that said connected Navi. Sam pushed the button and there was a number to Lexus that said call to get connected. Being that I never owned a car with navigation I thought this was the procedure. I bought the car. When I called Lexus they told me they could not give any info until I sent proof of ownership. I kept calling everyday and they kept telling me the information had not uploaded yet. I kept Sam informed about the car. I even went back to the dealership because the car was missing it’s floor mats and had no key fo the wheel locks. Finally I went to the Lexus dealer. They gave me a print out of the vehicles history and informed me that my car had no factory navigation. Connected nation Navi on the screen meant the navigation had to come from another source. I went to the dealership and Sam told me to go back to Lexus because they were wrong. I went back to dealership and they put me in touch with Lexus that handles navigation and they confirmed that the car was never built with navigation. I returned to the dealership and told Sam. Sam told me to speak to his manager named Diago. Diagonal was very rude and unprofessional telling me it was past 3 days and all cars were as is. I then asked for his boss. A guy named Benny came and yold me it was my fault for not bringing the car back on 3 days. I explained that Lexus was telling me to wait until the proof of ownership transferred to them. He did not care. So I called the number he gave me and after the third try I spoke to a manager named Mayan. He said he would send an email to the dealership. The next day I received a voicemail from someone named Tom, who says d he received an email and he was going to assist me. I called and called but it kept going to voicemail. I started to feel hopeless. I find it hard to believe that after many years in the business of selling cars Sam did not know that s car had no navigation. They refused to help me. Never buy a car here. They are not honest.

Good car shopping experience

Although we didn’t purchase a car during our first visit, we will be back to Hgreg to buy! Pedro was very patient and helpful while helping us choose a car. They have a great atmosphere as well.

So good I purchased 4 cars

At hgreg I was greeted by a very knowledgeable, patient salesperson named Pedro Rosario. My husband and I test drove and selected many cars for review. During this whole time he stayed patient. It was such a pleasure to work with him. We decided to purchase 4 cars. I’m telling everyone about this place.

Horrible customer service

Pros: Huge lot with lots of inventory, fair prices Cons: horrible service, too time consuming, no service department Car wasn't washed, gas tank was less than 1/4 full.After they get your money, good luck getting someone on the phone.. My salesman (Jose Acosta), could not explain to me any of the features the vehicle offered, including not knowing how to configure the Apple Car play. That's ok, but he didn't even try. Was also VERY unprofessional, trying harder to sell me his food truck for $48,000 instead of trying to sell me a car. He also said something very disturbing about a female customer at the lot, we're test driving the vehicle and he says "She comes with the purchase, this weekend only". The girl looked no older than 20, and this guy is at least in his early 40's. As a father with a daughter, this really upset me. My other complaint is that I left some personal belongings in my vehicle, and I called an hour after I left to collect them. I was transferred to a department that handles "lost and found", just for it to go to voicemail which I couldn't leave because the inbox was full. Following that call, I couldn't get in touch with anyone, they kept rejecting my call. I had to go back in person to get my items and I was infuriated. The only people that displayed proper service was the host and the woman in financing, Crista. xxxxxxto them. I will also say I've never spent so much time at a dealership, it took over 5 hours. This is the third dealership I've done business with and none of the others took as long. I would do business with HGreg again, but definitely not the Orlando location.
