Got my car! :)

Amazing service from nena. Super helpful and informative. Great customer service will definitely recommend to family and friends. Btw she speaks 3 languages. So she spoke to me in English and explained it to my dad in Spanish.

Beware!

BUYER DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!! These guys DO NOT CARE! Not about you or the car you are purchasing. THEY LIE! They claim they do inspections they do not. When we inspected the vehicle we found damage ,in a 2019 with only 4000miles on it, the inside of the engine had a disconnected guide bar just sitting in the engine inches from the fan blade. The first time that vehicle braked it would have shot into the fan. A animal got inside the engine and chewed up wiring the head lights did not even work. THEY DO NOT NEGOTIATE. The price is set with all there hidden fee and they refuse to negotiate they will sell you a lemon they didn't inspect with a straight face not caring it will break down a day a week a month later. If you plan to purchase from them bring a mechanic or have a appointment for a full inspection befor you purchase. DUE YOU DUE DILIGENCE!

I never write bad reviews, but as this is a sizable financial commitment, I feel compelled to forewarn others. I bought my car with no gas and a smart key that looked like it had been dunked in water. No spare. They are kind enough to give you information for a gentleman who will fabricate you a key at a reduced cost. The tire pressure light was on as well. This is all extremely forgivable. I saw this up front. I thought I was getting a great deal for this car. It was advertised as $29,998. I walked out of the finance office paying over $39,129. My extended warranty was over $5K and the dealer fee was excessive in my opinion. DO NOT SKIMP ON THAT WARRANTY THOUGH. You will need it. The first day I drove the car, a restricted performance error came on. I immediately called the dealership-it was in the 3 business day window you are given to return the car. The first service appointment was 22 days after my call! When you buy, you sign a contract stipulating that you only have 3 days to return the car. Smart business move on their part because by the time you actually get a service appointment, that guarantee has lapsed! I would, without hesitation, return this car if I were able. I also just realized I am still owing $39,125 after putting $3,000 down the day I bought the car according to Capital One. I am not sure what they did with my down payment, but I will he showing up to the dealership on my next day off to sort that out. Once I actually was able to get a service appointment, they were completely useless. The “manager” Tommy told me that it would be better to go the the actual Range Rover dealership. What on earth?!??!? So of course I will have a charge from the Range Rover dealership now too! My “new” car is currently sitting at the Range Rover dealership! Do yourself a favor: save yourself the headache and keep on driving right past this so-called dealership. This was far and away the worst customer service experience I have ever had. By the time you pay the dealer fees and extended warranty, you will be best served by paying a little extra money and going to a legitimate dealer. However, if you like to waste time, money, and appreciate unprofessionalism, this is your place!
