I recently phoned HGreg to inquire about a used car. I was referred to a voicemail box to leave my details. Unfortunately, I never received a call back, despite leaving two voicemails. I even followed up with an email, but still no one bothered to respond. I found this lack of communication disappointing and unprofessional. If they can’t manage something as simple as returning a phone call, I wonder how reliable they’d be when it comes to customer service after the sale. I don’t recommend - choose a dealer who picks up the phone instead!

DO NOT BUY HERE 1: They lie and omit information 2.If the vehicle is not there, your $150 fee is not credited towards the vehicle and non refundable if you do not want the vehicle for ANY reason. 3.Unprofessional- especially the manager (Jorge Nevarez) 4.Outrageous nonsense fees added -like the $1495 “protection plan” you are obligated to pay with all vehicles. 5:They do NOT take responsibility for their errors (although it was purposely) 6. After speaking to others about what occurred I found out they do NOT have a good reputation. Unfortunately I was too late but you don’t have to be. I ordered a vehicle to come in from Doral it arrived with a huge gap on one side of the hood, bumper not clipped correctly underneath that same area, it was evident the car had a severe front end accident and it was painted but nothing was lining up as the hood was not even lining up in the middle and seemed like everything was pushed down on that one side. Carfax did not indicate this. It showed a minor accident to rear opposite side. Manager came out and was extremely unprofessional, arrogant, did not even want to admit the vehicle should not have ever been placed for sale in those conditions. The GSM (Tommy) then came out to speak with me and advised they would try to fix the issue as much as possible on Monday (it was a Saturday) the vehicle was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday and the outcome was to leave the dealership without a car and lose the $150. They didn’t even offer to refund the $150 even though they knew that vehicle was not in adequate conditions to Sell and surely they are going to Sell the vehicle to someone else. I found it extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I normally do not take the time to write these reviews but I would like for others to be aware. Also this will not be the only place I write this review and I will continue to make sure this is seen in as many places as possible.

Scheduled appointment for a particular vehicle and asked to be notified of any changes because i live 2 1/2 hours away. Soon as i get there to go discuss details i was told it was sold. Absolutely no one apologized for my inconvenience. I will NEVER recommend anyone here.
