Awesome Service and Amazing Prices

Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. The sales rep was nice, professional and very helpful. Got an awesome for an amazing price!! Definitely coming back to buy another car!!!!

Worst experience ever

I was approved to finance a car 2/28. After leaving the lot the car tires needed air. A few days later the car began stalling and then wouldn’t crank. Neeeded a new battery. Also brakes began to squeak 2 days later. 3/09, I get text stating the bank decided not to finance the car and I had 24 hours to return the vehicle. The dealer also stated that they were going to deduct .50 cent for every mile added to the vehicle.

Great experience

I was able to get the car I wanted with a great price and condition. Purchase was efficient and service was fantastic. Dairo was courteous and I never felt forced to make the purchase like some other dealers I dealt with. Highly recommend.

Best selection and knowledgeable sales staff

A friend recommended that I look for a used car at H Greg and I am so glad I took her advice! My sales rep, Butch, at the Orlando facility was extremely knowledgeable. He kept in touch with me via texts to share new cars that would meet my criteria and was so accessible and responsive! The entire process was so smooth and efficient from start to finish! FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD ALERT - NO 3 DAY Guarantee!!! Blatant false advertising, submitted for investigation to the Florida Attorney General. READ THE CONTRACT you are buying a car WITHOUT a 3-day guarantee and anything they tell you or on their website is false advertising and almost comical because its such a blatant lie but what else do you expect from a used car dealer who knows nothing about their vehicles and blasts samba music. They spent 3 hours with 2 'managers' trying to convince me to drop $24,000 by signing their agreement that in bold letters makes a final AS IS sale with no guarantee.

We offer this so customers may have the opportunity to bring their car to a trusted mechanic and have it inspected or if you decide the car is not a right fit. Moises was a wonderful guy. He worked with us very well and i appreciated everything he’s done for me and my mother. Very polite and kind , whatever we wanted he made sure we were satisfied. Ms. Catherine another great salesperson recommended him to us and he was such a 5 STAR.

CAN NOT GET A TITLE TO MY CAR

purchased a car and I can not get the title from HGreg. They shipped the vehicle across the country with no paper work. They never had the title when they sold the vehicle to me. Its been a mess that has been on going for three weeks.
