I had a near identical experience to many others who have written reviews. I emailed for Out-the-door numbers because I live out of state and wanted to make sure I knew what my exact costs were. I got a text and email. Responded to both multiple times. Never heard back from either. I can't recommend this location. You'll end up missing out on other opportunities for the dealership to get back to you when it seems they'll just leave you high and dry.

Great experience, I saw 3 cars I liked. They helped me to narrow it down and pick the right one. Whole process was easier than expected, I worked with Sean K.

We discussed buying a car from Marcus who was a very personable and friendly salesperson who had lots of information and if he didn't know it he found out quickly. The process was surprisingly comfortable comparing the experience with the other 4 dealerships we visited before and eventhough unfortunately they dont allow price negotiations the prices were decently within the reasonable range.

I've tried to contact the dealer three times since I'm looking to purchase from out of state and wanted out the door numbers. 1St call: Got through to someone and they transferred me to someone who was unavailable and obviously doesnt check their messages. 2Nd call: Answered, then hung up. 3Rd call: No answer, then messages on that line are also full. ...Next!

Worst customer service I have ever ran into in any business in my life. Never return phone calls and never follow up and perform the duties they promised to do. Don't trust a word from anyone there.

Had a specific car in mind and HGreg had it in Orlando. Luis Vasquez was great. Not your typical dealership at all. He was very professional and explained how they can offer such great prices.
