No floor mats = one star
After driving off in my truck I realized that all of my floor mats were missing. Contacted my salesman and was told my truck was sold as is. I pointed out that it was advertised as having floor mats but to no care. I wasn’t asking for anything more than what the truck was advertised as. What a way to ruin an experience. My floor mats are probably sitting in the next vehicle they needed to sell. Very shady and the poorest of customer service! You reduced your rating to one star because google won’t let me select zero.

Terrible!!! Do not waste your time. The prices are not any better once they tack on all their fees. Plus, the management are very unprofessional.

I went to the Orlando Hgreg july 22,2023 on the way there they called me 3 times that morning to make sure I was coming I purchased a 2019 Chevy traverse ive been calling them the last couple days starting Nov 28th 2023 because my Catalic converter is going out they keep saying someone will call me back no call yet and I’ve been calling 3 to 4 times a day…. Will somebody please call me back I know u are getting my messages

JUST DON'T.
Don't...just don't. They don't sell certified cars. They don't return calls. They don't help their customers once they get your money. Left 28 messages over a 1 week period for either sales or service manager. Not 1 call back. Save the stress...just don't !
