I went there to check a 15k dollars car, but I'm the end it was 19k. Save your time by calling them before going to the store, and make sure you ask for the out the door price. Record your call if they day it is the price shown in the ad. 100% of the times I went, the cars were AT LEAST 3k above the ad, until I finally realized I should never go back there.

tried to buy a car today, have above 750 credit and 3k for deposit, car was listed on their site for 14k…after test drive, the proposal given to us was over 18,500!! even if you take out the tax, which is assumed to be paid by customer ($1,200) it was still $3,300 in “fees”. you can charge whatever you want, but the scummy part is advertising it for such a difference. I would have not wasted my time if they were up front. textbook bait and switch…i have a screenshot for proof if anyone needs to see it:) everybody understands there are e tag fees but they could not justify the rest, one was an optional warentee ($900) that they just tried to sneak in as part of the sale not mentioning its optional. Another was 13000 for a point inspection of the car….like the one they brag about already been done when they list the great car…green checks all the way down on the webpage…now it needs another??? complete xxxxxxxx

overall, my experience in this dealership was amazing. espically Huseyin was helpfull from begging to end. Process was smooth and easy. Reccomend him to everbody!!

Rudy Bocanegra is a must go to salesman! This was my first experience at an H-Greg and it was an amazing one. Rudy made buying a vehicle not only super easy, but very comfortable. Car salesmen tend to have that stigma of being pushy and forcing sales. And that was not my experience at all. Rudy was very professional, knowledgeable and even accommodating to my 84 year old grandfather which takes patience! He showed us real integrity in car sales and after I decided to purchase the vehicle, he made the process super smooth. I’m a general manager in the auto collision business, so customer service is huge to me. I rate Rudy a 5 star individual and H-Greg has themselves a loyal customer in me.

I have inquired about a vehicle they have for sale. In the process of being transferred 3 times and eventually transferred I was directed to a voice mail. In this process I was told the the selling agency processing fee was non-negotiable. I asked what did you accomplish to merit such a fee. I am only asking about the vehicles records. All I want to know is if the manufacturers mileage recommended service has been completed. All I could get was that they changed the oil and aligned the vehicle. I do not recommend working with this organization. I feel they know something and aren’t sharing this information.

Sean is very respectful and really debunks the negative stereotype associated with car salespeople. He was direct and provided excellent customer service. Literally, were able to search and buy our car in one day.

Do not buy a car in this place. They don't show you all the hidden fees they have at the contract. it is impossible to talk to finance department after purchase of vehicle. I have requested to cancel a warranty service but no one from the finance department or "cancellations" department respond.
