They don't accommodate travelers or do uplkeep

I went through my credit union to finance a hgreg car. I drove 3 hours from Orlando to Miami. For a nearly a 40k car and they wouldn't even accommodate me with delivering the car to the hgreg closer to me . Said they didn't deliver. But I happen to know that if you find a vehicle at another hgreg you could pay 150 to have the car brought closer. So I have to go and drive the car from Miami to Orlando area and there goes the 300 miles. That they didn't even offer to extend. And here is the worst part. I bought a maserati who's warranty had just run ot and it approached the 4 year maintaining. Their so called point inspection does not include keeping up with the required scheduled routine belt replacements and tune up. So you mean to tell me I spent 40k on a high end vehicle that you pretended to do a thorough inspection but forgot to mention oh by the way.. as soon as you spend your money now you have to go to the dealership and spend 2k. Because we didn't do it although we knew it was due. But they are all about safety? Please.. my advice spend the Xtra to cut a certified one at a real dealership.

Rip off / bismark Colombiet

I purchased a vehicle and I have come to find that the extended warranty that i purchased is actually four different warranties. Worse is that these charges are listed differently with different names throughout the paperwork. The “maintenance warranty” does not cover maintenance but mechanical break down. The service warranty only covers electronics. The tires warranty actually covers interior for cloth interior and my vehicle has leather. I fell so ripped off and misled. The lien holder was shocked because this dealer is a partner to ally and they never offered me ally’s warranty product.
