Unfortunately, I had a bad experience.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I purchased a car over the phone. And a friend drove it to me. The car smells so horrible, they put a disenfectant in it and it was rubbed into every pore of the car. I have tried everything to rid the smell, but it is stuck on it. My head pounds when I go near the car, you can smell it from 15 feet away. I wheeze and cough when in the car, it is BAD. I"m sure the car was smoked in, that is why it had to be disinfected, they tell me otherwise, but the smoke smell doesn't lie.

everyone in service department is professional, friendly and helpful. however......this is the second survey that you have asked me to submit from my last visit.. if i have any complaint it is the emails that come after the service.

I felt like the dealership was average.

I felt like the dealership was average. I felt like I was forced into purchasing cleaning supplies for the used 2021 KIA Telluride at a whopping price of $695. I also believe the Wilmington KIA is practicing true "Capitalism" by selling KIA above the suggested Retail price.
