Stress free experience with the service departmen.

Brought my Kia Sorento in for a oil change and Bob Tomlin who is my service writer was absolutely fantastic. He got me an appointment quickly, checked me in quickly, kept me updated throughout the process. He also had my car delivered to me at work and made sure it was nice and clean when it arrived to my work place. I recommend Bob Tomlin and Kia Service to anyone who has service needs.

Did not fix my problem took a day off of work to get car

Did not fix my problem took a day off of work to get car serviced and repaired, service yes repaired no was told nothing wrong no one test drove car same thing rough idle and stalling. Machine says ok BS.

Two hours to change my oil that’s ridiculous.

Two hours to change my oil that’s ridiculous. I was told to come back for wheel alignment and was not told that I needed a new tire. I had to go to a different place to get my wheel alignment done, and my air filter changed and a new tire.
