My Granddaughter took her car in for oil Charge and

My Granddaughter took her car in for oil Charge and Alignment. Everything was fine except I've paid for some expensive package that was supposed to cover maintenance for years. I returned after the purchase of a 2024 4 runner with 2000 miles on it and asked for a clearer explanation of what I bought. Really wanted to sit down with someone who will have the patience, to explain it in detail but another gentleman tried to explain how I have a 74, 000 loan, we traded a Rav 4. I just need this in simpler terms and what it actually covers. The best Employees in your company are Sam & Bob in the Maintenace. facility. Clone them and give them a raise. They know what Customer Service is!

My wait period this time was too long for a set of tires

My wait period this time was too long for a set of tires and an alignment which was around 3 hours. I can say that my advisor was very nice and check on me from time to time to make sure I was alright

Jordan was AMAZING!
