Proactive notification on a recall.
Proactive notification on a recall. I really appreciated that. They did a free alignment as well, hand washed my car when they were finished. The tech kept me posted as to the service progress along the way. And a big surprise, someone came through the service waiting area with cupcakes, yes, i said cupcakes! I can honestly say that has never happened to me before. Awesome!

Made an appointment and expected for an oil change to
Made an appointment and expected for an oil change to take about an hour. I showed up early spoke with the agent and it ended up taking 2 hours. Nothing is quick here in my experience. To top it all off my oil cap literally says what oil to put in my vehicle, my paperwork from the service agent does not match with that oil. I went to this dealership because it’s the brand of my car that I own. I guess assuming they know what oil to use was wrong. Lastly, when I questioned the agent about why my paperwork doesn’t match the type of oil used in my car according to the owners manual, he was disrespectful and a smart xxx about it. What a great customer experience.
