While waiting area is clean, the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. The old furniture was much better even in the little coffee area. Other than that it offers what a person would need.

I had a hard time here. The lack of communication between sales people was evident. I kept having to repeat myself about a sensitive topic. I would not have purchased a Kia if it was not for Cameron at coastal kia. But I will never buy another kia because of everything else I experienced. It was the worst buying experience I have ever had. I am thankful for those at coastal who tried to make it right.
