Brought my Rio in for an oil change and tire rotation..they gave my car back squeaky clean and looking brand soaking new. Thanks everyone

Awesome and Efficient

I was greeted and checked in immediately upon my arrival. I was there less than an hour and because it was the first service on my newly purchased vehicle, the oil change was on the house! A pleasant surprise! I've never had an issue with service on my Kia (this is my second one), but its clear to see that everyone has upped their game.

Best experience in purchasing a new car!

Tyler made this trade so smooth. No high sales pitch or pressure. He really listened to our wishes and delivered exactly what we requested. Listening is not always a virtue of car salesmen. And Michael made the financing fit into our budget without skimming on warranty services and gap insurance. This was our 3rd Kia purchase and probably not the last. I highly recommend this dealership.

love my new car, but very time consuming

Asked for another key and did not get one, and there are no car mats in the car....was I supposed to ask for them?? The whole process just took too long! Over all, really like my new car!

The service is great, fast worker's, shuttle service, and snacks in the waiting area. Employees are fast and friendly, and always there to help.

Very good experience

I was met by the service rep as soon as I got out of the car, The rep confirmed all my information, including the reason I was getting service. He took me into the office, reviewed the paper work and showed me the waiting area. The waiting area had coffee and snacks available

Bought my first car and Michael was Incredibly helpful

This is the first time buying a car and Michael (business manager) was extremely helpful and patient. He described everything to me including the basics of loans.

Overall great experience

Kevin West was great to work with and was able to get me the car that I wanted at a price that fit my budget. Not only did he help me to figure out which car best suited my needs but he also helped to resolve concerns that I had during the process. Haywood was also helpful during the final part of the sale. I will, however, say that one of the guys in the tower made a comment that could be heard throughout the office that was NOT appropriate and had Kevin not been as awesome as he was in getting me what I wanted in information, car and price I would probably have walked out.

Service review

bob and Sam are great to deal with. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They do keep informed of what up and coming service that I may or will need. This gives me a heads up on cost and when of which I am very appreciative of thus why I keep coming back. The service and service waiting area is outstanding.
