Coastal Kia

Chris Ashby helped us and we were very satisfied with the deal he secured for me. I lost my vehicle in the flood and he went out of his way to help. When I refer people to Coastal Kia I will tell them to ask for Chris. I did pass by the Owners desk several times and he wasn't busy but I noticed he did not speak or have any contact with his customers.. customer service is everything!!!! Thanks again to Mr. Ashby Drove my Soul this am and love it!!!!

Sean and Michael were very knowledgeable of the sale process. Even though purchasing a car can be long and tedious Sean kept me informed of everything that was going on during my wait and made sure I was aware of what was happening every step of the way. They worked with me and were very understanding of my need to stay in a specific payment range. They were not pushy in any way. After I was approved Michael was very specific about all paperwork that was being signed and although it was past time for he and Sean to go home they remained patient with my questions and made every effort to make sure I understood what I was signing and what that paperwork meant to me. I had not purchased a car in a very long time and the team that worked with me to get me what I need made it a very easy experience.

I have two vehicles I have serviced at Coastal Kia. Sam and Bob are always helpful at the desk and always nice. I’m never disappointed with the work done on my vehicles and they always wash them and have them looking like they did when I bought them off the showroom floor

Bob and Sam know what they are doing and make sure that my car is taken care of efficiently. they also make sure that I am given a ride, or update.
