My experience buying a used vehicle from Steve Riecker was very positive. I stopped in and spoke with him initially for a few minutes several weeks earlier. He then followed up with me on multiple occasions offering me options as they became available until we had a winner. Steve was a pleasure. Always professional, and respectful of my desire not to be ‘sold’. I’ve passed him on to another friend in need of a van.

Extremely unprofessional. After it took 3 days to diagnose an issue, I was told I would receive a call letting me know when the parts were in. That was over a month ago, & still NO CALL !!!

They were great to deal with. Honest with pricing and communicated clearly the whole time we waited for the vehicle to be delivered. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a Fire.

Even during very challenging times due to supply chain issues, Performance Ford found me the truck I wanted and negotiated a fair price. I visited numerous other dealerships that wanted to charge massive additional costs, Performance was honest and up front with all pricing and availability. They kept me updated as the truck became available. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Overall this was a pleasant experience. Steven was easy to work with and the dealership was responsive to our needs. We are happy with our purchase.

Good service when ordering my Bronco and found a solution when problems in the process arose.

DO NOT PLAN ON RETURNING HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealer. I have never seen such incompetence and a less helpful service department. The fix was so minor I ended up taking my truck home, ordering the part and doing the work myself (despite having to pay OOP) after a week of agony. Nobody reached out (except the salesman Steve) to ask how things went… funny how those customer survey emails only come out when they know they are getting a good review…..

Bought second vehicle at Performance with no pressure and would go back. Also a good service department.
