Terrible service

I had a great start with mini, however it has been going downhill quickly. I had to wait a month to get my car seen so that the tires would be ready for my car. You wouldn’t believe it but they didn’t have the correct tires. I now have to wait another four weeks for my car to be seen again. On top of that when they tried to fix my sos regency button they broke my sunroof. I would strongly suggest to find another bmw service dealer

Best Ever

Andy could not have been any nicer he is the absolutely best I feel like he went above for us and you don't see that hardly at all anymore.. Matt did great work on my car it runs great!!

Buy a Mini !!

From the time I went there to buy a car to today two years later, I absolutely love Mini of Charleston. They helped me design my car so I could get exactly what I wanted. They have been very helpful when I have needed an oil change and when my system needed updated. They give you a rental car if you need one. Overall they are very patient and helpful.

Excellence everywhere.

Everything is excellent. The purchasing experience was a delight and subsequent service experience is consistently excellent. This place has great people!!

Alecia and Mike are super helpful! They were quick to get back to me and lifted a big weight off of my shoulders with my car issue. They are super kind and welcoming as well.

Mini cooper

I have bought cars with other dealerships and they were okay but this dealership is awesome, the sales representatives are AMAZING specially Mary Skinner. Mary Skinner is great on what she does, she help me to get the great deal on a 2007 mini cooper s with 42,000 miles on it....that is a great deal. Love, love my mini cooper. Great service visit

Excellent service ! Time spent upon arrival was very minimal. Was out the door in my loaner in minutes. Great communication throughout the appointment. Car was ready to drive away when we arrived back at the dealership.

I choose not to write more I than already provided

I’m very grateful for Andy’s excellent oversight in handling my Mini Cooper which was towed to the dealership for evaluation and repair. My car was thoroughly checked by technician Mike Rhea and returned to me in spotless condition. The teamwork at the dealership is obvious.

Exceptional

Andy Tournear was fantastic! I had my 2021 Mini convertible in to be serviced. Everything went well thanks to Andy and Jeff Sanders, the technician. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. 🙂
