Service was prompt and very professional. Rear side window had an issue with insulation and this was also fixed with this visit. I liked very much the video of the service on our mini.

I needed to have my mini worked on and called Mini of Charleston, Andy Tournear was very professional and personable. He got me in and fixed my mini. Jeff Sanders was the technician and actually finished the job quicker than anticipated. I also had an estimate on my mini for possibly buying a new one and was w we diet pleased with the amount offered.

Great service! Alicia kept me informed during the repair. They even sent a video of the inspection of my mini. I highly recommend the repair service.

I recently had a repair appointment with MINI of Charleston. The MINI Service Advisor, Andy Sueck Tournear, arranged my appointment and took care of the preliminaries when I arrived. Andy has taken care of my service appointments before, and he is consistently personable, respectful, and efficient with his duties. I especially noted that Andy recognized me and knew me by name when I walked through the door. You are not just a number at this dealership, no matter how large or small your service is. It is commendable and notable for someone like Andy to be on the front line of this dealership, My service for this day was to have some repairs done to my wheels. Recently, someone hit my MINI, leaving very minor damage to my rear bumper, but that was to be fixed another time. When I returned to pick up my MINI, the Technician, Kevin Morris, said that he had completed the work on the wheels, and while he had the car up on the rack, he noticed the ding in the bumper, applied some heat, and it popped right out. I was so happy about this! Andy and Kevin are both to be commended for going above and beyond every day at MINI of Charleston. My MINI looks clean, shiny, and new once again!

Alecia and Ross helped us with replacing 4 tires in a timely fashion -- they were able to answer all of our questions and help us with a claim.
