Absolutely operates in bad faith. Conveniently changed their policy on selling cars to out of state buyers in the middle of my sale AFTER I paid a mechanic to inspect the vehicle for me and signed off on the numbers.

This is a terrible dealership bought a Cadillac ATS got home the check engine light came on and they will not stand behind the warranty. This company is terrible and will not stand behind what they are selling beware to buy anything used.

I highly recommend anyone who needs to get a new or used car head to Auto Giants Mitsubishi in Manassas, because the customer service is excellent and an amiable environment. The Financial team is great and guarantees you will get what you want. As for myself, I was delighted to work with Charme, she is great to work with relating to my needs, and she is a very friendly person, very skilled., regarding finances, they will work with you step by step. Oh by the way, if anyone doesn't have a way to get there, Jessica will send a friendly Uber pick you up and drive you to shop.

Stay away if you want a good car buying experience
Chris was my salesman ha was grate. Other then that I’m finding this place has the worst customer service. And there warranty is worth the paper it’s written on. I would not waste my with this dealership. I spent over $30k on a car 6 weeks ago and it has been in the shops for over 2 weeks at there sister dealership that they told me to take it to and they are refusing to fix my new car under the warranty that I paid extra for. Chris always returns my calls but the manager will not… this has been the most frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had. PLEASE safe you self the headache.

Never again
Not professional. Does not follow up. Pricing was set up to go through a third party, which was very misleading as far as payments agreed upon when the car was initially bought. And they don’t have a service center, they just have some third party random guy come and work on your car. They don’t know how to communicate and just want to reel you in to get a car.

Not a happy customer
So I was happy with this dealership when I first got my car on 8/1/23 the day after I bought the car I called asking if I to put another grand down what would my payments be because I wanted to be under $600 and they were $691 they told me it would only bring it down to $630 so I said forget it I’ll pay the $691 I drove the car for 15 days only to get a called today which is 8/15/23 telling me the bak isn’t accepting my overtime for my income and the interest rate is going up a couple points and my payment is going up to $781 so I told them no I can’t afford that and I’m gonna have to give the car back I said when should I bring it in he tells me today or tomorrow so I tell him I will bring it back tomorrow and at this point I’m pissed because he’s telling me he can get to $725 but he needs to take the warranty off or the gap insurance I said nope no way you can have the car back and I hang up with him literally two mins later he calls me tells me he talked to the bank and he don’t want to take the car back or have to take the warranty off and he smoothed it out with the bank he’s giving me the warranty at there cost and take a couple hundred off the gap insurance so I can keep the car so I’m saying this be careful when you buy a car from this place they are a xxxxty car dealer and they will try anything to get more money out of you what I didn’t know is that they would be in breach of a contract if they did that or if they got me to agree to paying $781 a month I knew they weren’t a good car dealer when I tried to trade in my car and because I owed to much on it they didn’t want it even though there commercial on the radio says they will take any trade to they got me into another loan but I had to let the bank repo my other car because they didn’t take it not to mention the salesman coxed a $50 tip out of me because he was able to do his job and get me in a car let’s just say I am not happy with auto giants no more and all I’m saying is to be careful if you buy a car from them
