Liars & cheaters
They saw me coming. I was about to go on a huge trip and my money was all tied up. My car fell apart and I needed something fast so I went to Auto Giants. They brought out this Kia soul and it looked nice and they told me it was a 2018. But unfortunately I was desperate that day didn't read any paperwork when I signed found out when I got home it was a 2016. When I sign the paperwork I noticed it was like over 20% interest but I signed because it was desperate. They add on all kinds of charges I didn't want the warranty but I was told it was a must. When I did get home and look at the paperwork I see that the finance charges astronomical. For what I'm being charged I could have bought a Lexus.. the next day I called my bank and asked what the value was on this car the value was $4,000 less than what they charged me. I don't think I have any recourse but please don't go to these people and if you do check out everything. There were no mats in the car. The other day I got a flat tire I called AAA there was no tire in the back, no tools nothing. What am I going to do at 8:00 at night when I have nobody to call I had the car towed. I had to buy a full package, tire and tools. I thought this was part of a safety check. Buyer beware, look that car over

Car Purchase
When I came into Auto Giant on Tuesday, I was not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, but circumstances with my old vehicle being service led me look into a new vehicle. Firas was great in letting me know my options and I did not feel any pressure in purchasing a new vehicle. He was a class act every step of the way and making sure he provided me the best options. Long story short, I?m happy with my new vehicle and I will recommend anyone to Firas if they were interested in purchasing a new vehicle for the future. Great experience 10/10

Worst experience - Dishonest dealership
Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had in my 30 years of buying cars. We communicated with Bobby for a couple days about our plans to make the trek to come see a specific vehicle. Bobby and team knew we were driving 4 hours round trip to see a 2017 Expedition but failed to disclose ahead of time that the entire under side of the vehicle was coated in rust and had rust in the inside of the doors due to the vehicle sitting in flood water. Knowing that we were making such a long drive, you’d think they would have warned us of this damage before we took time off from work (unpaid) to see the vehicle, wasted gas $ and mileage, and drove 4 hours with 3 young kids (and disabled). These people are dishonest and are trying to get rid of a heavily rusted vehicle without telling potential buyers about the issues. There was so much rust that flakes of it came off into my hand as I felt the underside of the vehicle. Even after I told them we found the rust (that they failed to disclose), they all acted like they were well aware of the rust issues, but then proceeded to try to sell us the rusty vehicle anyway by saying that a repair shop can just spray the rust to remove it. Not sure how this car even passed inspection. Avoid this dealership at all costs! These guys are the epitome of the typical conniving, dishonest, used car salesmen. They didn’t even apologize after we expressed our frustration and disappointment with them. What kind of person knowingly omits this information when a family has a 4 hour drive?!?
