I purchase a used Ford Edge 2008. When i called and asked...

I purchase a used Ford Edge 2008. When i called and asked how long the process was going to be they told me not very lone and hour or two, The process was tooo long i was there Saturday 02/23/13 from 3pm till closing and i had my two kids one who is a year old. Then i had to come back the next day so they could detailed my car. Again i had to return on Monday and pick up my car. I didn't inspected then because it was late. So Tuesday morning the car look like noone had touched it. The vents were dirty,the sits were super dirty the car also smelled like someone smoked in there. I couldn't take it back during the week till Saturday and when i got there i was brushed off. General manager was like it was cleaned, its a used car and he brushed me off. Same for the financial manager he stated it was not his job when i asked for him to come out and take a look at it. I understand i bought a used car but i expected so much out of your employees and the car. Am a single mom of two boys and the main reason for coming to you guys were that it was a great place to purchase a car and the service was suppose to be great. But in my case it was not. The only person the tried helping me was the sales rep. Mike. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone...

What stuck out most was the Great customer service. Wonderful team at this location. Outstanding prices and the cars were all in pristine condition. I will definitely recommend Eastern motors for any car buyer
