New purchase
Wasn’t long after my inquiry into the availability of a new Sorento that I was contacted by Steve S with a vehicle that met my needs…Steve and the rest of the staff were helpful and thorough with all aspects of the sale

Great place, great service and great employees.
I was extremely happy with the dealership, and Nick, who took care of the service needs. It was a pleasure to be there, and the car is perfect.

Would Not Recommend, Ever
I called to set up a service appointment for my vehicle because it would not start. I gave all of my information and was told that I would be contacted Monday (2/15/2021) morning. The scheduler told me that there would be a 1 hour diagnostic ($125), a battery check, and an oil change which I agreed to. Monday morning, I was never contacted. I work a full time job, so I did not have a chance to reach out to the dealership until later in the day. By the time that rolled around, my husband had called to tell me that my car was done and was going to cost over $1,000. This had me very confused, so I called the service department. I spoke with John Plagman. He told me that I was charged for 3.4 hours of pin point diagnostic testing (this is in addition to the 1 hour diagnostic that I agreed to). I asked him who approved this work, and he told me my husband. Also, how does any diagnostic take 4.4 hours?!? That’s just absurd. And at a rate of $151 per hour!!!!! Sounds like they are adding time to make more money. I then spoke with my husband who claims that he was not aware he was approving any extra work; He was under the impression that he was getting an update about the car. The issue here is that my husband does not have authority to approve any work on my vehicle. His name is not on my car. He is not paying for the work that was done. I gave my information specifically so that I would be contacted, but I was not. I brought this matter to the attention of Tim Ferraro. This is where my experience became horrible. Tim told me that they received authorization. I explained to him that I was never contacted. I also asked questions about why 3.4 hours of additional diagnostic needed to be done. As I was asking questions, he became extremely rude and inappropriate. He said to me, "Listen, you can either come pay for the work we did or leave your vehicle here, and we'll keep it." I then asked who his supervisor was and his response was, "You're not going over my head. I am the director of service." He also told me that he would remove the parts that were already put in my car. I would also like to add that I called Monday and left a message for the GM to return my call. I never received a call, so I called back Wednesday. The lady who answered the phone said that I could leave a message because he had not been in the office. I asked her when he would be back in and she said "I don't know." Overall, I am extremely unhappy, and I have nothing good to say about my experience with this dealership. I wouldn’t take my car here again if the work was free. The service employees are rude, condescending, and extremely unhelpful.

Do Not and I mean do not, buy a car from this dealership. There will be nothing but hassles and problems from the purchase until even after. We had a terrible experience and will never be back.

BAD DEALERSHIP!
They were supposed to send a check to buy out our lease. It has been 2 plus months and we still have not received a check. Every time we call they tell us that they will call us back but they never do. This dealership is terrible. I would not recommend buying from them!

Not Trustworthy
Do not trust them as far as you could throw them. I was interested in a used certified Sedona that this dealership had on their lot. The car was listed for $24300. The car had been at the dealership for 4 months. On my initial visit I was offered $1500 for my car as a trade and the car at the listed price of $24300. I declined the offer and left the dealership. Three days later I stopped back at the dealership to speak to my salesperson, I offered $22000 and no trade. My offer was taken back to the manager for consideration. Out of the manager's office came a new salesperson, Tim. Tim told me that they could not accept that offer. I explained that I felt that I could sell my vehicle for more than they could realistically offer me. At this point Tim made an offer to me. $2000 as a trade in for my vehicle and a selling price for their car. I agreed to that deal. Tim asked me to sign the paper with the offer to show that "I was serious." I signed the offer and Tim took the offer back to the manager's office. Five minutes later Tim returned and told me that they couldn't do the deal, they were losing money at $23000. I've never had a dealership make me an offer and then say that they can't do it. Their new offer was $1500 trade in and $24000 for their car. I said no thanks and left the building. Two days later I emailed an offer to Tim to split the difference between the offer that he had me sign and the offer that he came back to me with, Tim said that he was not able to do that deal. The dealer would lose money with that deal. I ultimately decided that I would take the trade @ $1500 and $24000 for the van. On the evening Friday Jan 31 I purchased the van. Later that night I looked online to see if my van had been taken off of their web site, imagine my surprise when i saw that the van that I purchased was listed @ $23000, not the $24300 that it had been. The following day I stopped back at the dealership and spoke to the sales manager, Dan. explained that I didn’t think that it was right thatI was told that the van couldn’t be sold for less than $24000, yet here it was listed at $23000. I said that something needed to be done about this difference. Dan’s response that this was a pricing error, that they would not honor this price. Even if someone other than me had walked in and wanted to purchase the van at $23000, he would not honor that price. I again said that what they had done wasn’t right, they needed to make to offer some kind of compensation. Dan said that he would speak to his manager and call me back. That was over a week ago and Dan has yet to call me back.

1980’s era predatory sales tactics.
The sales staff attempted to have me agree (in writing ) to purchase the car, before being presented with any numbers. Once the salesman finally provided their offer, there were additional fees (beyond the standard fees for tax, title, plate etc.) that were not disclosed on the car’s price sheet. Overall, the demeanor of the salesman and the manner in which tried to sell the car were highly unprofessional.
