Dre & the staff took care of me as soon as I walked into

Dre & the staff took care of me as soon as I walked into the sales building. I did get a sense that these sales people at Smart Kia really do enjoy their work and servicing customers. I did not award them 5/5 stars as of yet until I know they follow through with their advertising promise for the CarPlay feature listed that was not available for my newly purchased car. They promised to take care of it and now I get to see what type of dealership they claim to be, especially since they are called SMART! Stay tuned …

Great experience

Very happy with the van buying experience. The sales specialist, Kenyatta Boots, was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable about the product and the process. Negotiations were mutually beneficial. Service has been excellent.
