Happy customer!

Tom Safford was polite and helped use in the purchase of the exact car that we were looking for. He did not pressure us to purchase something else like another dealership had tried to do. Two thumbs up for Tom.

Patient and knowledgeable

Our recent Purchase at SMART KIA

It was great to deal with Rick hawk at Smart Kia on our recent purchase of a 2023 KIA SELTOS. I would recommend buying a car at Smart Kia for two reasons. 1. KIA is making great cars right now and I am very impressed with both of our KIA's. 2. The SMART KIA dealership is CLASS A all the way from sales to service. They are a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered the car in the phone. Smart Kia called when it was in. I went I land got it. Process was quick, easy, ands pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Great experience, Angela is great.

Bought my 2023 Sportage SX Prestige from Angela. She was great. Very knowledgeable about all the latest technology on the car. My parents love my car so much, now they want one. I have already contacted Angela for them. I am positive their experience will be just as great as mine.

I live in another state and was working with their Sales

I live in another state and was working with their Sales Rep, Rick Hawk trying to negotiate a final sales price for a car. I first called him after opening to start the conversation, in which I was then reverted to texting him. After a 4.5 hours with no communication back, I started asking for an update. Finally 30 more minutes later, I start getting responses again. Then finally found out that the car was now being negotiated by someone else and sold out from under my nose. I was ready with the money and transportation to get it to me. If you can't get to their car lot, it there's not point in even trying to purchase a vehicle from them. You will be second rate, even when you are negotiating price to complete a purchase! They tell you a lot of "I understand", but they don't really. It's a shame in the post-COVID times that this is how it plays out for them.

Leasing a Kia at Smart in Davenport, Iowa

I leased a 2022 Kia Niro from Austin. He was very easy to work with and very helpful in helping me with all the technology in the car. He is still helping me! Jerry in finance was also excellent. Everyone involved in the process made it a good experience.

Great place

Great place ! We have bought 2 new Kia’s from Angela and she is always great to work with . Treated us very fairly with our trades and worked hard to get the deal done quickly. The finance department has always treated us well also . They make the process simple .I would definitely recommend them if your looking for a vehicle.
