Terrible expierence so far. Bought car and in less then 7 days the auto was undrivable. Now after the 600.00 in repairs they want me to have done to it. I have not even made the first payment yet! Of course a sales persons job is to sell!!! but when you sell a piece of junk to a hard working person your only out to make the sale and not to have a happy satisfied customer. I will not ever return to your place or recommend anyone to come to your place. I will put this review on as many sites as I can in efforts to stop you from selling lemons...

They are a horribly unorganized non-communicating
They are a horribly unorganized non-communicating dealership! I have never had a worse experience in a car dealership in my whole life and I'm 45 years old that's a lot. They hurry and rushed me through the process promise me one thing made me wait messed around with my paperwork. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle because of a mix up on their end very unprofessional I do not recommend anyone goes there ever for a vehicle.

Mr. Sosay, We are very sad to hear your experience at our store did not go well. Unfortunately because we don’t run into a lot of fraud situations we were probably a little less organized than we would be, if we had more practice with fraud situations like this. Unfortunately with your paystubs showing a pay date before the period ending over your pay check, that brought up some red flags. Then when your drivers license showed punctuation, when driver’s licenses don’t do that, it created another red flag. Then there was tax returns that were prepared two years ago, but the address on the tax returns still showed the place you're living at right now, and have only been living at for one month. And then there is the fact that when you were asked out of wallet questions, like have you ever had a student loan before, you answered incorrectly. Finally, there is the minor detail that your application said you made $34,000 more per year than the fraudulent paystubs said you made. Again we are sorry for our poor organization and non-communicating, we appreciate your feedback.
I answered all your questions completely, sorry if I don't remember the exact date of my student loan that was 20 yrs ago. Anyways you xxxxxxx lost our own a $45,000 sale because of a typo at my job? Your xxxxing idiots.And I already got a better deal somewhere they don't accuse there customers of fraud. I hope you go bankrupt!

I live in another state and was working with their Sales
I live in another state and was working with their Sales Rep, Rick Hawk trying to negotiate a final sales price for a car. I first called him after opening to start the conversation, in which I was then reverted to texting him. After a 4.5 hours with no communication back, I started asking for an update. Finally 30 more minutes later, I start getting responses again. Then finally found out that the car was now being negotiated by someone else and sold out from under my nose. I was ready with the money and transportation to get it to me. If you can't get to their car lot, it there's not point in even trying to purchase a vehicle from them. You will be second rate, even when you are negotiating price to complete a purchase! They tell you a lot of "I understand", but they don't really. It's a shame in the post-COVID times that this is how it plays out for them.

Leasing a Kia at Smart in Davenport, Iowa
I leased a 2022 Kia Niro from Austin. He was very easy to work with and very helpful in helping me with all the technology in the car. He is still helping me! Jerry in finance was also excellent. Everyone involved in the process made it a good experience.
