I definitely recommend these guys. I Scheduled test drive on Saturday, I went there, saw and drove this beautiful 2018 Tacoma and then I decided to take it home with me. Everything was so smooth and fast. Great Service. If you are looking for a Car and want to have a nice experience, Global Auto Outlet is your place.

Worse place I ever went looking for a used truck. Yes I purchased a truck from these people, including a spare tire I received the next day! My experience was a real nightmare, it took forever to complete the purchase. The license plates and title took 4 weeks, and of course they expired a month later. What really surprised me was the only could afford 1/4 tank of gas. I guess they were upset over own fjnnancing!

They told I need a down payment once I got there for a vehicle and I was surprised about that and now I know I need to put some cash down when you have no credit

ILLEGAL BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC!!!!!! We drove two hours in the pouring rain from west virginia to get to here. And the reps jay and Tracey two separate phone calls to check about this vehicle both swore the vehicle white 2019 chevy equinox pictured below. Was available they had it ready to go. We get there and jay states "Its not available but they had others similar to it" and was very uncaring, eye rolling as to our frustration to only come see and very interested in purchasing the one vehicle!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I can't describe how grateful I am with all the team at Global. I'd never had a car before and my credit score wasn't very good, honestly I was hopeless, but their sales rep Jay gave me all the help and advice needed and I ended up driving a beautiful Dodge Charger in perfect shape. It was a great deal and I've never been happier. I can't stress enough the effort and profesionalism that Jay dedicated to help me. I'd wish all car sellers were like him. Thanks Jay and all the people at Global!!!

I found a listing for a 2016 Mercedes E300 with only 22,910 miles. This was exactly what I was looking for, however there were no photos of the vehicle. I requested photos several time via email and once verbally over a two week period. Still there were no photos available after this period. I never buy a car sight unseen. I'm aware they may have limitations now due to the Wuhan virus but they show that there store is open online. This dealer offers cars at several site around DC.
