My husband and I were able to purchase 2 2018 vehicles on the same day. Our credit was not where we want it, but they were able to place both of us in two different cars at the same time.

I have one key and need the other one because the car is locked in it won't go past a certain speed because the My key is locked and I need a second key to unlock it. My seat has a burn hole and they haven't called me to get it repaired. I asked the finance co. to hold off I'll take this xxxx car back they are full of xxxx once you buy the car they don't give a xxxx about anything else. I'm going there today and raise xxxx and may return the vehicle because of their BS. They sold the car to me on empty a courtesy of a full tank of gas would have been nice. I'm so pissed.

I was a walk customer. The buying process was smooth and painless. Ryyan Nickles and Brian Gallagher were both very helpful and patient with me. Brian Gallagher was went above and beyond in getting me the best deal possible for my new used car. I would definitely recommend shopping here for a new and or a used car.

We returned the car after the original finance company informed us that this dealership took the contract back. The dealer took the contract back, without our knowledge, and tried to get the car financed through numerous companies, which they never informed us of. We didn't know ANY OF this was occurring until we started receiving letters from finance companies regarding financing, we never applied for. Once we returned the car, we asked the dealer to return give us our down payment of $1620.00. Getting our down payment money back is like pulling teeth. Mr. Fred John who sits at the front desk of the dealer presents himself as a kind and understanding man, which from our experience with him is UNTRUE!!!!!PLEASE BE WARE!!! These people do not uphold standard business practices at all!!!!

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! They stole my moms car when she did a trade in to purchase another vehicle. The salesperson took her old car and she went to run the new car back in and the salesman had taken her old car without permission. My mom is being charged to pick her car up in VA because the Fairfax County Police has found it due to it being reported stolen. I am reporting you to BBB and channel 5/7,9 and 20

I bought a Lexus IS350 F package . Bola was our salesman. He did an amazing job yesterday. He helped make something we thought wasn't possible happen. Which is getting a car i wanted. Had a great experience at global auto outlet . My dad was newly retired and wanted to treat himself to a nice jeep. Special thanks to Bola and Jeff (Finance Manager) for their SUPERB service! My dad left the lot with an affordable 2018Jeep Grand Cherokee. Highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a perfect used car.
