Customer service needs work

I always read reviews but make judgments based on my experience. I tried to purchase a vehicle and Tracey Smith responded. I gave her all my documentation needed but that was it. The next day a gentlemen called and stated he will get the documents and assist me. Nothing was done. He called the next day to tell me the vehicle was sold but still wanted to help i picked another vehicle and he said he will get back but nothing. its been a week now, i haven't heard from him or Tracey. Oh he did call a day later and asked if someone contacted me, i stated no, im sorry someone will contact me that same day.... 2 days later nothing.

Bad Experience

Saw a car was interested in.I called the dealer and talked with Arthur and asked him couple questions. He could not answer them and said acll me back. He never called me back. Dealership would not supply CARFAX said I had to drive in to see the report. Sorry to say they just lost a cash sale.All they had to do was put a 30 day tag on and sign title.

Global Auto

I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe and my experience with global auto was great. The sales person was very nice and honest. The finance team was straight forward and quick. Loving the car Thank you again Global Auto

my 2013 C 300 experience

I bought a C300 last week and I saw a lot of mixed reviews so I came into the dealer open minded but was looking out for any red flags. The process was very straight forward no he/she said scenarios everything i was told was true and no secrets which made me feel very happy with choosing them.

My Car Buying Experience

I would like to say Thank You Global Auto Outlet for the honesty from the sales men to the managers. Genuine good people just trying to help you as long as you let them know. The service was fantastic and im loving the new 535 THANK YOU!

Quality Service

The whole experience was just great the salesman did a great job breaking down the car and didn't have any secrets. Was straight up about the processing fee and with the numbers which made me very comfortable to trust them and buy.

Car shoppping VA

I stumbled across this place while on my way to Virginia. Had no intentions of purchasing from there. But, the 12800 price for 2014 Benz with the added accessories caught my eye. So I test drove it and loved it. The price went from 12800 to 18400 in a matter of minutes. According to the paperwork the extra monies were for the added features. We agreed at 15000 . I gave 12000 cash, they trying hard for me to do a wire transfer for the rest. After several no's, I did get 2000 in money orders for the vehicle. It appears they made an error in purchase agreement and tried to force me to pay for it, but I did not. I had taken the vehicle to the Benz dealership near my home prior to going back to make final payment. According to the dealership several items the car was advertised as having, it did not have and they could not be added by dealer. I felt the Benz was falsely advertised. According to the Consumer Protection Agency staff I spoke with the next day, I was correct. I refused to give him the dealership name at thinking I would be able to work something out with them. However, the man in the middle of the room did not even want to discuss it. All he was concerned about was the money, no discussion. I feel, I did not get what was advertised, so why pay more money. According to the paperwork I already paid 14000 on a car that we agreed on at 15000 and was advertised as 12000 . Will have to see if I get a title.. Perhaps this will deleted...

BEWARE LIARS

Drove over 5 hours from Pittsburgh was assured the 2011 Denali was there. Only to find out that was a complete lie! Tried to pull the old bait n switch. Beware before you drive there I think this happens more often than not. All I got out of this trip was tolls, gas and the worst traffic I ever saw. Once there they played dumb about why the vehicle was still on their website, and when I got home almost 6 hours later it was still there on the site. I gave 1 star cause they do have building, and did answer the phone when I called.

Integrity is Important

One of the comments on here to a former customer was,"we take pride in behaving in a professional and ethical manner at all times". From our experience, we found this not to be true! Without going into the full story, we were lied to just for them to get the sale and now we're jammed up. We are seeking legal advice as to how to get rid of this car and we're believing God to work it out. For all the sales personnel at this dealership, please remember that honesty and integrity is very important, even when you're conducting business. God is watching!
