I had a great experience all around, this was my first time buying a car and Jamaal made the whole process as smooth and comfortable as possible!!

Had a great experience working with Shek and Champ. The guys are top notch professionals and get me into my dream car even though my credit was challenged! Dont be fooled by the bad reviews, they are under new management and will not dissapoint!

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! 1st - The salesman, Robert "Champ" Williams, spent the entire test drive talking about how much he was the man in charge but did not want to take the title. The rest of the time was him disparaging the buying habits of Afrians, Asians, and Jewish people 2nd - Be prepared to pay $4000-$6000 over whatever the sticker price is. Robert claimed that was the additional price of Certifying the vehicle and then tried to add additional warranties on. All costs are passed to the buyer 3rd - You'll need the additional warranties. I purchased a vehicle after coming to an acceptable price and the transmission went out literally 24 hours later No apologies, no attempt to make it right. A third part intervened on my behalf and it still took this dealership TWO MONTHS to fix the vehicle. I got my truck back smelling like smoke, extra miles on it, and a huge CD case and nail fungus gel in the console. Everybody you speak with on the phone will lie to you - Ahmal, Robert, "Ray", "Shaq" - nothing was done appropriately. And if anyone from the dealership replies to this review saying that they did anything properly, that's a lie as well. If they respond to this review saying the "We take this seriously" garbage, it's also a lie because it were true they would have responded properly on the front end. Save yourself the trouble and don't deal with these clowns. This dealership is why people hate the car buying experience.

Horrible company!

Horrible company!!!!! They screwed me then acted like they had no idea why I was upset, I would NEVER recommend anyone I know to shop here, they're scam artist

They sold me a vehicle and it had problems.

They sold me a vehicle and it had problems. The middle row console was stolen they have lied to me and said they would replace it . The back row had a missing headrest. They don't want to talk to you when you call. I would NEVER REFER ANYONE TO GO THERE!!!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! THEY SWITCH PRICES WHILE YOUR SITTING THERE, ADD ALL THESE HIDDEN FEES AND SELL BROKE DOWN VEHICLES… THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL… I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION

Global Auto is a deceptive dealership.

Global Auto is a deceptive dealership. They sold us a vehicle with a defective transmission, worn out ball joints, and a bad water pump. How does an extensive MD state inspection get approved with this many issues unless something shady is going on. On the test drive we couldn't tell but the day after we brought the vehicle all the dash lights came on. Hard to believe it is a certified vehicle that they state. And no, Global Auto did not honor their 30-day limited warranty in any way. They definitely bad to do ethical business dealings, absolutely no integrity. They buy auction cars so it's hit or miss if you're getting a bad deal. I also didn't like the fact that they ask you to give them a good review so the salesperson you worked with can get paid. I guess that's where most of the 5-star reviews come from. But take it from me - the 1-star ratings are truth. I have never had an ethical dealership sell me a piece of junk. From now on I will only shop at the big name dealerships that I can trust and avoid low level dealership like Global that scam consumers. I now have thousands in repair cost for a super bad purchase. Stay away from Global Auto, they are exceptional con artist!

I’m being forced to write this review because I don’t

I’m being forced to write this review because I don’t like destroying someone’s source of livelihood but this is the height of it al. I went to this dealership 1st time week of July to see a 2019 Honda used car only to be given and interest rate of 17 percent and a co-signer because I’m about 6months in the US with a 3000 dollar down payment. That was too much for me but I couldn’t take any decision because the process was really a very slow one. The guy I went to meet there so unprofessional but he has a way of making you feel like he’s being honest with you. I was getting late for work so I told them I have to leave for work but this guy kept on insisting I finish and it later ended up with making putting something down so I could come back later. Foolishly I gave them 500 dollars and on that same day I called them to let them know I’m no more interested. Right now as I’m talking to you this is the 3rd time I’m going there, they don’t want to refund my money and they were so rude to me. It’s not even about the money but with the way they went about the whole thing. I’m currently talking to my attorney but this is just to let you know the kind of place this is. That place is 45 minutes from my here I live and I went there with Uber to and Fro without getting my money back. I won’t tell you not to go there. That is your choice to make

Pros: Jaamal!

Pros: Jaamal!!! Jaamal was easy to work and communicate with, and genuinely seemed interested in trying to get my issues corrected. Cons: I wish I read the reviews about Global's pricing before my purchase. I agree that their Dealer Fees are too high. I ended up paying surprisingly more than my vehicle's listed sale price. There have also been several issues with the vehicle, that I have been promised would be corrected. However, a month into the purchase, the agreed upon issues have not been corrected and now there are already new mechanical issues. So I hope others take heed to this review, and steer clear of this dealership, if possible. Unfortunately, I did not do enough research upfront, and may be stuck with long-term hassle.

Foreign language speaking customer purchased a used

Foreign language speaking customer purchased a used Nissan. She tried to cancel the sale when the contract price was increased from $17,000 to $30,000, by going to the dealership in person after 2 days but they refused to cancel the sale. If you do not speak English, DO NOT buy a car from this dealer! They took advantage of this woman, who does not speak ENGLISH.
