I bought a car April 29.

I bought a car April 29. I’m still trying to get it up and running to this day. I just fixed the tire cracked rim that they try to hide by gluing together they were fixed what prevent the car running which is the instrument cluster that had a parasite and the gas tank that had to be replaced because the car would not receive gas. I had to get a rental car for 32 days, I didn’t want to get a rental car but I had no choice. They told me that if I did get the rental they would pay for it. I am still waiting Car April 29. It is now August 8 and they refused to give me one dollar for all the money I spent trying to get this car up and running , do not buy a car from them remotely. I repeat do not buy a car from them online they put the cars to be purchased online that doesn’t run well so if it’s online that means it’s something is wrong with it. I bought a BMW 2019 the car runs like a 2009.

I got a good deal on a decent car but bought it remotely.

I got a good deal on a decent car but bought it remotely. My transaction took place on 6/28/24. I was told after the sale it might take up to 30 days for them to pay off my car. I checked with my lender and they funded my loan in 1 week. I am 100% certain of this because the same bank also is my business credit facility. I am aware my trade in was sold immediately. It is now 7/18 and I had to pay another month on a vehicle I dont own anymore not to impair my credit. Plus my new car loan started the day the vehicle was mine. This explanation now doesnt add up and its so frustrating when I get no response. this is a back-office responsbility not a sales persons & quite honestly my review is being kind.

Found a vehicle and made a deposit.

Found a vehicle and made a deposit. After getting the papers it showed that numbers have been artificially inflated and protection plans (which were per separate contract optional and voluntary) were added. After asking to adjust the papers the salesman come off RUDE, SHORT, BLAMED ME AS THE CUSTOMER for the fact that he has to make money somehow. Long story short: cancelled the deal and got my deposit back. There are vehicles on almost every corner and treating customers like that with an „aggressive sales tactic“ is no fun for the sales man when the customer is not a push over BE AWARE!!!!!

Lemon salesmen.

Lemon salesmen. 36,000 and I have already spent $3,500 just to get it road worthy. I read many bad reviews, but the salesmen still sold me assuring they take care of customers…. LIE!

They will try to lie to you about buying additional contracts for warranty . Do not purchase them.

6 weeks ago, I purchased TWO - not one - but TWO vehicles

6 weeks ago, I purchased TWO - not one - but TWO vehicles from Gravity Roswell. We traded my wife's vehicle in for her to get a nicer one, and we bought my teenage daughter's first vehicle. The allure of this dealer is that they have some nice inventory, and desirable units for sure. The staff were extremely nice, and the initial transaction went fairly smoothly, as it should have when there is a willing customer, with good credit, who didn't haggle over every little thing. All I asked is - treat me fair and do what you say your're supposed to do as the selling dealer. That's where everything goes south with this dealer. Once you've signed the docs, and take delivery of your purchase, the dealership falls short in doing what they are supposed to do. It took over FIVE weeks for Gravity to pay off our trade!! When I called and inquired, I was told by Vicky in the office TWICE, that she was going to do it that day. She did not, so I was essentially paying for 3 cars now instead of 2. Also, on my daughter's car, they've never bothered to file for the tag and title. Today is SIX WEEKS, and the paperwork hasn't even been started to file for our tag. So the temporary tag is expired, and we can no longer drive the vehicle we've purchased. I've spoken multiple times with our salesperson, Yaz, the office person, Vicky, and now the GM. Yaz and Vicky, as nice as they've seemed, have lied to me about how this is going to get resolved. The GM stated he'd get to the bottom of it and call me back in an hour. Still waiting on that call. There are PLENTY of dealers that can sell you a nice car. Do yourself a favor and find one who will take care of you after the sale. BUYER BEWARE.

Love my new car.

Love my new car. It was shipped to Colorado without problems. After resolving some confusion at the bank I got the title and the registration went smoothly.
