Terrible service. Delivered a vehicle with a bad battery and delaminated tire and won’t do anything to rectify the situation despite several calls and promises to do so.

I went into this dealership being a previous customer of the old name Roswell Mitsubishi hoping to have the same experience I did when I first bought my car. First of all, didn't know initially that the name had changed to Gravity Autos. I dealt with Yaz who was very professional at first. He tried to show me a vehicle at their store I wasn't really interested in and I shared my reasons why. The day I went into, the dealership I asked to have my credit ran specifically with one financial institution and we agreed that was the case. I am now finding out it was more than just that finance company he(Yaz) ran my credit with without my knowledge. I am getting a bunch of correspondence from other financial institutions about my visit and its for the wrong vehicle I wasn't even interested in. These guys are misleading and they don't take accountability. Beware of buying from them. These guys are not upfront with what they are selling or telling you.

Reached out to dealer, made contact and made an offer on a car. I was then ghosted and when they finally responded to my emails and phone calls, I was told that the vehicle was sold. Their customer service is lacking.

Do your own research (Chat GTP) on this dealership before buying. My experience involved a 2018 Mercedes that was represented as fully inspected and properly maintained. The vehicle arrived with a mileage discrepancy (advertised ~50,711, delivered 51,676) and multiple undisclosed damage issues not disclosed at the time of sale. I also have video documentation of an OBD scan taken approximately 26 miles prior to delivery, showing VIN, mileage, and stored fault code history at that time, raising serious concerns about the pre-sale condition of the vehicle. Shortly after delivery, and within approximately 100 miles of ownership, the vehicle experienced a serious safety failure — sudden loss of acceleration at highway speed, creating a dangerous driving situation. Diagnostic testing revealed a transmission-related fault code (P072100). I made reasonable attempts to resolve the matter, including requesting an exchange for a comparable vehicle of similar value, but did not receive a meaningful resolution. Moe, Sam, Adeel, and Danny (Hanni) were all notified. Despite acknowledging issues during communication, the dealership has taken no corrective action. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend caution due to misrepresentation, undisclosed damage, safety concerns, and lack of response.

I just purchased a 2022 BMW X5. Danny, Moe, and Yaz ensured the best service I've ever had with a dealer. EXCELLENT Gravity.

I live in Arizona and have purchased 2 vehicles from Gravity. I got a great deal on my first truck so when I saw they had a vehicle I was looking for I thought it would be a no brainer. Save yourself the hassle and buy from another dealer group. #1 they are liars. Plain and simple. I agreed to their price, drove 1700 miles, all I asked for was the truck to be road worthy and a full tank of gas. They promised it was looked over a second time and all good. They did nothing. Left me to drive with bad fuel filters less than half tank and oil that was never changed. The detail was disgusting. Basically just through interior shine on everything. Dog hair all over, crap in the seats, absolutely gross. I mentioned I wanted reimbursement for all of the service items and my full tank that was agreed upon before making the trip and sealing the deal. Exact words from the manager,” I would never lose a deal over gas”. I was promised the money then told only partial was approved. No go on gas. It’s a policy although their Manager approved it. lol. it’s been over 7 weeks and I have no reimbursement. Now, they won’t respond. I’m also on an expired plate as they failed to secure the title to the truck before they sold it to me. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. I’m contacting BBB, AG, and FTC to file a formal complaint against the dealer for their misrepresentation of the vehicle they sold me and their failure to make me whole on the transaction. It’s shameful that one can go so far out of their way to buy something where they feel comfortable, only to get ripped off. Do better Gravity Auto, you owe it to your customers.

We purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger from Gravity Autos Roswell and had it shipped from Georgia to Pennsylvania, trusting the dealership’s representation of the vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing due to many undisclosed cosmetic and mechanical issues. We were misled to believe that there was one scratch/blemish on the car and that there were no mechanical issues whatsoever. Our salesman, Yaz, assured us we had seven days to report any problems and that the dealership would either resolve them or allow a return. Upon delivery, we immediately noticed cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, a cracked rear bumper, missing spare tire/jack, and a trim piece missing clear coat. Yaz acknowledged these issues and advised us to get an estimate from a Dodge dealership. We took the car to a Dodge dealership, where the check engine light came on en route. They identified serious mechanical problems: a faulty driveshaft carrier bearing, missing wiring harness, a malfunctioning headlight and fog lights, and both catalytic converters needing service. The car also had improperly fastened underbody panels and damage to the subframe. These issues were not disclosed and make the car uninspectable and illegal to drive in PA. Additionally, the car had a smoke odor despite assurances to the contrary, and the accident history did not match the damage observed. We also received the title in the mail accompanied with a “Repossessed motor vehicle Affidavit and Disposition of Vehicle Under Lien” that was not disclosed to us prior to the sale of the car. We’ve requested a full refund and are awaiting resolution. While we’ve tried to be patient, the lack of timely action or receiving a returned call from the dealership is concerning. We hope Gravity Autos Roswell will honor their commitment and resolve this matter promptly. I will update this review immediately with the outcome when they return one of my calls, noting how Roswell Gravity Auto handled this situation.
