I drove 4 hrs. With my wife to look at and drive a Bmw 750 after negotiating a price over the phone. Ultimately we decided not to purchase ( wife preferred not to give up her higher riding suv). The car was lovely. The salesman could not have been nicer throughout the process. The selection of higher end cars there is huge!

Nice looking vehicle. Definitely very overpriced though and very unprofessional, unknowledgeable sales reps on numerous occasions and told me it was a 2 owner vehicle which the car fax shows 15 owners since early 2020!!! I believe in great customer service and a true value when purchasing a vehicle which is apparently not Gravity Autos. I was told I was maybe to poor to purchase this vehicle by Benny Hardy and needed to look elsewhere. Now if that's not a way to professionally treat a cash in hand buy. Sad world and please be advised to stay away from this dealership. If lied to me they'll lie to make a dollar off anyone.

So I purchased a 2021 Lexus ES Sport from Gravity Auto Sales in Roswell with Benny Hansen as my Salesman. This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle online. Benny was amazing from the initial beginning, virtual calls to show me the vehicle, to speaking with my brother about my intended purchase and even meeting with my nephew who lives in the area for an inspection of the car. I must say he made this nervous experience so easy all the way up to delivery of my car on Thursday September 28th. He was very honest and followed through on everything as promised. I highly recommend your asking for him if you’re in need of a vehicle and looking at doing business with Gravity in Roswell GA.

Marco was so amazing him and his team. This my second purchase from here. The first purchase was a BMW x1 now I have upgraded to an x4 and when I say never sell yourself short always aim for what you want and never let family or outsiders dampener your dreams or dictate what should get. Beware incompetence abounds and hidden fees exist. Worst buying experience I have had. Incompetent staff (Mohammed, really need to watch him). Late sending paperwork, erroneous fees, wrong keys, and didn't submit for plates when they stated they would. Bunch of idiots so make sure you watch close.
