I recently bought a car and work with Moe and Tori on this deal. After starting our deal on Tuesday 1/9/24 and we finished the deal on 1/11/24 by them receiving my payment and a deposit, I am now a week later and still have not received my vehicle. They have promised a delivery to my house and have yet to follow through. Terrible experience with transport. Also, the car had a nonworking part that they were going to fix and its still not fixed.

Marco offered me a fair trade in value for my new car. There were several moving parts with cars needing to be shipped both ways and Marco was very knowledgeable and responsive along the way. As a first time car buyer I felt comfortable through the whole process with Gravity Autos.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a 2020 Red Corvette C8 from your dealership. Unfortunately, my excitement and anticipation for owning such a prestigious vehicle have been marred by multiple transmission issues that were seemingly known to the dealership prior to the sale. From the outset, I believed that I was entering into a transaction with a reputable dealership that values transparency and customer satisfaction. However, the ongoing problems with the transmission of the vehicle, which the dealership was evidently aware of, have left me profoundly disappointed and frustrated. Furthermore, I recently spoke with the general manager regarding these issues, and I was promised a resolution that, regrettably, never materialized. The general manager assured me that, in the event the problems persisted, the dealership would cover an additional month's payment as a gesture of goodwill. To my dismay, this commitment turned out to be inaccurate, constituting a breach of trust and further underscoring the lack of integrity in your business practices. I understand that challenges can arise with any product, but it is the responsibility of an ethical dealership to be forthright about known issues, especially those that could significantly impact the vehicle's performance and the overall satisfaction of the customer. Please do better moving forward.

After a good start and agreeing to a deal, dealership left me sitting for 2 days without contacting me, then after some heated discussion still failed to meet the terms of the agreement and delivered the car later than promised.
