Jessica was really easy to deal with. She got me the truck I wanted. I got a great deal from them, unlike the dealer in FWB.

Recall repair was completed as promised. When I went to pick up vechicle the receptionist was playing on her cell phone and didnt acknowledge me. So I went into sevice office, 1 employee was waiting on another customer and the other employee was playing on his cell phone. The 1st employee acknowledged me and told me to see the receptionist to pick up vehicle. Went back to the receptionist and waited again to be acknowledged.

Trying to get someone to give me an idea what can be done about headliner repair. Door gasket does not cover edge of headliner on driver's side.I

Staff was helpful/nice, facilities were clean and coffee was fresh. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is difficulty in scheduling my appointment. After reading many reviews i was skeptical but figured i would give them a shot and on my first trip everything went well.

The salesman and finance guy were good to work with. My only complaint is other staff members were goofing off and being loud in the business. It was close to closing time and day before Thanksgiving but they should maintain professionalism.

The service was poor! I was lied to when I bought my vehicle their about what would be covered and fixed. Just had a oil change and service and when I picked my truck up it had a flat tire. I was told by a service personnel "well not all the techs check the tires". On the paper work I recurved it says they did a multi point inspection and highly sought that is true cause of the flat tire! I

Found a great used vehicle at my local Ford dealer. These guys have helped me through the whole process. We found it on a sunday and before the end of that evening we had an appointment for the following day to view and test drive. They made a deal for me on my chevy trade in and the pricing was incredible for my new truck. They even helped me with the financing and made sure I had the best fit for my budget.
