My experience at Ford Crestview was wonderful! I worked with Brittanie Hicks in sales and she was sweet, informative, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The GM and finance department were great to work with as well. I highly recommend Ford Crestview.

I brought my Car to have a service done and a Tech Charlie came and spoke to me about an issue I was having and was very concerned and told me if it continued to bring it back and the issue actually was fixed by Charlie and I really appreciate his concern and Rickey a Salesman helped me get my Car set.

Spoke with Justin, a service dude with Crestview Ford (formerly Hub City Ford) for routine maintenance: oil and filter change, rotate tires, and multi point inspection. They perfromed the maintenance and reset the oil life indicator.

Web-based service-appointment system worked well for...
Web-based service-appointment system worked well for scheduling my trucks' oil change. Text reminders are welcomed means of not forgetting the appointment. I knew my rear tires were due for replacement but I was a bit perturbed by the conflicting stories given me by the service manager. On one hand, they could not rotate the tires due to "swollen lug nuts", yet, on the other hand, they offered to install new tires on the same truck with "swollen lug nuts". Please do not blow smoke up my skirt - - if you won't rotate tires due to tread issues then just say so. And, yes, I am aware that there really is a "swollen lug nut" issue that Ford will not fix.
