So sad to learn how unethical and shady they are
So sad to hear they are unethical and immature. I showed this to a friend after finding the car I want. And he said RUN. Apparently he knew of them and has a friend buy from them and confirmed all the negative reviews. I will not go here. It seems some people don't understand the concept of shame.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE
They are young, rude, liars, racist, entitled and play the “we didn’t say that over the phone” game. The cars don’t look like the pictures they take. I came in to Buy a car and was totally dismissed until they realized that I already had a certified check for the amount of the car. The car lasted a couple days, 75 miles in total, before I was facing a 5500 dollar repair. They asked me to bring the vehicle back so they could repair with their “master mechanic “. My car sat on their lot for 7 weeks, never moved from the spot I dropped it off at in their parking lot.... long story short I accused them of running me in circles. So the finance manager decides that was his opportunity to show his true colors. He insulted me and my fiancé, gloated about the cars he drives and how young he was. I took my car and got it repaired. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE THAT IF YOU GO TO THEIR DEALERSHIP, DO NOT IGNORE YOUR VIBE AND FEELINGS THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE

Screwed!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I found a 2010 E 550 and it "looked" in good shape even though it appeared to have been painted because the back doors and rear clip were off BUT the guy swore to me it was a two owner car, never wrecked and in excellent condition. It drove ok but I couldn't get the radio off so I didn't hear some knocking in the front end. When I was signing the inch thick pile of papers I asked was there anything I should read over or was it all standard paper work? He assured me all standard! Big mistake!! When I got home I saw there was a notification the car had been in a wreck with structural damage and that I had been notified of such before purchasing! There was also a paper stating they had given me a Carfax when they had not, but the worst was the guy told the lender I made 4 times what I actually made and lied about the mileage on the car. I didn't know what to do because I know that's wire fraud to lie over the phone like that but I sat there amazed. The car is knocking so bad I have to take it to another shop because these people also do not fix anything and I wouldn't trust them anyway!!! Cargurus will no longer accept their ads and Cars.com should be ashamed to allow them to advertise on their site!!! Once I get the mechanical estimates I am suing them for my loss!!!!

Lie, Cheat, Steal, ignore.
Sold us a car that won’t go over 60 miles an hour, said it was our problem now. Charged us for tax title and tags, Then send us an out-of-state title, again our problem. Told them of my intentions on filing a complaint, they said go ahead will just get an email about it. Told us the Carfax was clean, even though they announced at the auction it was structurally damaged.

Just rude customer service
I called the number listed inquiring about a car that was for sale as advertised. Was rudely asked where did you get this number this is my personal number. I asked was price negotiable he then proceeds to give me a higher price than advertised. He was asking me what I wanted to pay for the car and how much I got. I then said I'm not going to argue have a nice day. Very rude and unprofessional. I really dont think he wants to sell the car.

a junk yard
I would have definitely bought from somebody else if I knew how they treated people after you pay for your car. They're trying to sell you anything and get you the runaround when you try to call or something that they owe you. Oh well I wouldn't suggest you buy from the joker's!

THE WORST F'IN PLACE EVER!!!!
They sold me a "LEMON". They covered up a rod knock the vehicle had with thicker type oil. They advised me that the vehicle was VA inspected which it was not. When I purchased it on a Friday Sept 13 (should of known), it was not ready to be sold as they were still doing repairs to it. After waiting until 12:00am I had to come back Saturday evening and it was still not finished even cleaning it nor was a oil change done as promised. I waited over an hour just to get the car and they advised me to come back and everything else done to it that needed to be done. Which I planned on dropping it off the following Saturday. Not even a whole week later I was driving home on Friday night the vehicle just stopped. Dead!!!! Would not move. I had it towed to the nearest place which was NTB. They next morning NTB called and said the starter was dead and needed a new one. I had them do that and asked them if they would do an oil change as well why it was there. NTB called me back after getting it running and told me to "give that car back!". They advised me that the dealership put in some type of thicker oil to mask the sound of the rod knock. They did not do an oil change because they were afraid of more damage it would do. I called Mega Auto and spoke to Matt, he advised me the NTB was just telling me that so they could work on the car and I said no they don't want to touch it. He told me that the car was VA inspected and he checked it himself and the engine was prefect. I have called and called to get this so called VA inspection info and Frank the owner will not call me back. I now have a Jeep just sitting in my driveway and I haven't even made the first payment on it. I'm looking at putting in a whole new engine because they wanted to make a quick sale. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A PLACE!!!!

Shady as xxxx! Never again.
Went to buy a vehicle listed for 10,995 put a down payment of $3500 and somehow THEY did the finance paper up and said the sale price was listed on it as $18,000 so the finance amount came out to be around $14K!!!!!! Then they tried to say oh the finance company included interest rate. Lies lies lies... they put a higher sale number on the finance paper work so THEY get a bigger payout from the bank and WE get stuck with a $14K auto loan instead of $10995 (minus our down payment). If I wanted a $14K auto loan I would’ve gotten the vehicle I really wanted from a different dealership. Please do not rush when car buying even if they are rushing you through a process making it seem like a great deal.... read everything before signing or initialing anything. Please know that you do NOT own the vehicle when you leave their lot. Your application is not approved at the dealership the finance company gets it for review and approval and will hopefully send you a “welcome” notice with your finance account info. The finance company can still decline your application and if they do you will have to return the vehicle immediately and additional charges may be incurred. There is a document Included in your paperwork called “Spot Delivery” that explains all that. Read everything! We were approved but we still don’t have a title document to register the car and the temporary tags expires in two weeks
