honestly the service was pretty good. It took a while for the whole process to happen but it was worth it since I got my 2015 honda.

Purchased a used 2009 Nissan pathfinder and can not put into words how happy I am with the purchase. I previously had some pretty bad encounters with used dealerships so was hesitant when I found this deal on cargurus and googled the dealership. However I am extremely satisfied with the quality of customer service and the process of buying. Frank the finance manager really took care of us and went above and beyond to help us get a good interest rate on our loan from the bank. No other dealership will do that because all they care about is getting their check in their hand.

The salesman flagged me down so I went to the lot I had my eye on a Mercedes truck the dealership lead me to believe that was the truck that I was walking away with after an hour of waiting for Frank to return we went to his office and he did a whole deal on a different truck which was older and not ready for sale he also charged me double for the truck I was told i had to bring the truck back for service I return the next day and sat for 5 hours and the work still wasn’t repaired I called looking for my tags and they gave me the run around no tags no refund bad business never again !!!! DO DO IT EVERYTHING THAT SOUNDS GOOD ISNT WHAT ITS CRACKED UP TO BE

Frank (self proclaimed owner) is rude and dishonest. I watched him disrespect multiple customers while dealing with a car they sold me that needed major repairs. Don’t buy here...DONT BUY HERE.

Purchased a 2012 VW Jetta- car is in good condition . Seller gave us a hard time about covering repairs found during inspection, but was willing to negotiate. Dealership helpful with repairs and offered gas. Overall good experience.

I would give this dealership a 0 star rating if I could. They are scammers. They indicate on their website that they are BBB accredited but they are not. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB regarding the matter. They tried to hold our tags hostage until we paid an additional $500 that we did not owe and which was not noted anywhere on the purchase agreement. It's evident that they decided to charge us that because they found out it was going to cost them $500 to cover a repair that they agreed to that was required for the vehicle to pass inspection. I had to call the cops to be present when we attempted to get a copy of the purchase agreement to prove we didn't owe that because they were hostile. The officer looked over our paperwork and suggested that we file a complaint with the DMV investigation bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
