They were friendly and very helpful.

They were friendly and very helpful. My car had several things on the list to take care of and they accomplished everything in a timely way. They also went over things with me as they worked.

We had a confirmed appointment to drive a car at 11 on Tuesday with Amanda and 2 text messages confirming THAT appointment the morning of! ONLY to drive 2 and 1/2 hours to be told the car had SOLD the NIGHT BEFORE....... HORRIBLE Customer Value.... VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Thank you for your response. Yes it was more than frustrating to drive that far for no reason... I completely Understand the car sold and of course that is business. Just wish that was communicated in one of the TWO text confirming our appointment the MORNING OF.... Thank you for responding.

KIA Tyler has a great service department!

The service department at KIA in Tyler is always awesome and they make it a fun experience because of their great customer service! They keep me informed of the status of my vehicle and do not badger me with things I do not need done. Adrian and Brendan make a great team and are assets to the dealership!

My 4th Kia purchase

Ricky assisted us in the trade in/buying process today. He is a bit new in his position but I would never have know if he had not told me. He is very knowledgeable about the inventory and details of each model. We appreciate not being pushed when looking to buy. If your looking to buy a car go to Peltier Kia and ask for Ricky. I put a lot of miles on a car for work. My first Kia was used but served me very well. It had 305,000 miles on it when I traded it April 2020. Today I traded in a 2020 Rio for a 2023 Rio. Great gas mileage and with just over 100,000 miles I decided to trade it in for a new one to keep the factory warranty.

Great and Knowledgeable service.

I have now and in the past a great experience with Kia service department. Today I went in without an appointment and they took me home and delivered my car to my home a couple hours later when the services were completed. They even called and let me know about a coupon for my alignment that I had on my account.

Friendly, Fair, Fantastic!

I drove 5 hours to get the vehicle I was looking for. Peltier was worth it! Friendly, Fair, Fantastic! The dealership was lovely. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel pressured at any time during the buying process. I had a positive experience from beginning and still.

Great experience!

Tye did a great job taking care of my needs. She was so friendly, polite and professional. She made sure I understood everything that was going on with the maintenance and recalls on my vehicle and that we were comfortable while in waiting area. It was a very enjoyable experience.
