Finance manager changed terms of agreed upon loan deal

Finance manager changed terms of agreed upon loan deal from my credit union, stated they needed “$750 more due to the rebate”. Very shady to change terms after being told all they needed was my DL and copy of insurance to close the deal.

I caution everyone about buying a used car or truck from

I caution everyone about buying a used car or truck from any Peltier dealership..... Check it over very well. We bought a 2017 Jeep patriot from cheverolet in tyler. Wife gets home with it and there is a PINK zip tie holding one of the headlights in place.just got a 2019 Ram Power Wagon from Kia.... The front end had to have work done to it, the thing is in the shop getting steering work done to it. My sister bought a used Kia from them and it had a coolant leak. My truck has been in the shop more than in my driveway. I think they figure if the buyer dont notice it then we will get in uder warranty when they do. Oh another thing. Told me my truck came with a maintenance program, oil changes and stuff I believe for 2yr or 25k miles. What they didnt tell me was I had to pay them 500.00 for it. Peltier dealers are only in it to screw people or warranty people out of money. They tried doing all this work under my extended warranty but wasnt under warranty for 30 days and when they did file a claim I told them the truth that problems were present the day I bought it. So they denied the claim. WATCH YOURSELVES when dealing with them on used cars and trucks.

(Ocho keep the smile, but lose the hoodie and backpack. Excellent customer service - Cody was very helpful with everything I needed from start to finish. I drove from Dallas to purchase the vehicle and there were no surprises or pushy sales tactics when I arrived. Jacob in the finance department was excellent as well. Would highly suggest this dealer to anyone.
