I called in December to see if they would buy a car that I bought a year earlier from the Windsor store. I love the car and it has been great. They know this car, they fixed it. Couldn't get answer in December because of COVID, Called in January, couldn't get an offer because their sales force was laid off. Called in February, he needed to talk to the sales manager and he would call back in a couple of days when he got an answer. I quit asking until they sent me an email that said "hope you are well, we know you called but hadn't heard back from you". I called last week and said" I have been waiting for four months. She said " he isn't in right now (Friday) but I will have him call as soon as he is available. It is now Monday night. Hey, buy from them if you want just don't plan on them remembering your name or any requests after they cash the check. They apparently will say anything and do nothing. PS Your "reason for your visit" list is terribly incomplete.

Great place to buy a vehicle

Worst purchase of my life
I purchased my vehicle about a month ago and it has been in the shop ever since. They say the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected (151 point) which is not the case. So far we’ve discovered a damaged/bent front control arm, damaged gas tank, broken fuel pressure sensor, inoperable rear view camera, and low flow to the vented seats. I left the vehicle at their location after I purchased it to have the rear view camera and vented seats repaired as part of the purchase agreement. Neither item was repaired however they assured me both were. Their “specialist” mechanic looks like a teenage kid who doesn’t seem to care about anything other than getting you to leave. This has been the worst vehicle purchase of my life. I paid over $36k for a vehicle I haven’t been able to drive and have to put another few thousand in repairs. I’m probably going to speak to an attorney regarding the safety issues and incomplete repairs stipulated in the purchase agreement. The gas tank overflows causing fuel to spill out the side and run down the vehicle into the wheel well which is very dangerous. So thanks for costing me thousands and trying to kill me and my family, much appreciated.

Easy buying experience
We worked with Austin. very helpful. No pressure, showed photos of previous damage, very transparent. Showed us the cars we wanted to see, helped us narrow down our choices and we eventually bought a car we were happy with. Great buying experience
