I brought my Mazda CX-30 in for the first time after

I brought my Mazda CX-30 in for the first time after moving to Wilmington. I was worried that after having such a great experience with Seacoast Mazda in Portsmouth, NH that I wouldn’t be so lucky moving forward. That however couldn’t have been further from the truth. Stevenson-Hendricks’s Mazda in Wilmington is fast, respectful and professional. Specifically my experience with Trey really solidified this for me. Great team over there and look forward to working with them in the future.

Dizzying experience.

Dizzying experience. Royce found the perfect vehicle for me and I got a decent trade in on my clunker. I have horrible credit but they worked with it very hard and found financing I could live with.

What happened to the old way of selling a car?

In a world filled with pressure, fast-talking sales, self-serving people, bigger than life marketing schemes and up-selling beyond the customers needs - there was NONE of that happening at Stevenson Hendrick. In fact, except for the beautiful cars, I thought I was at a new social club. "What were MY needs and what was important for MY lifestyle and comfort," Alex asked. She listened and listened and listened before even mentioning a car or "deal of the day". She asked open ended questions to guide me in prioritizing exactly what I needed. She shared the various options of leasing, buying the leased Mazda I already had or leasing a new one - amazingly keeping her focus on the options of each that would appeal to MY situation - not a list of market pros and cons. Hmmm when was the sales pitch coming, I wondered, as I slowly began to trust her. YES, that is the Hendricks difference - trustworthiness! Alex eventually showed me not one, not two, but three car models that satisfied my needs. Then she worked with the sales team to present me with the best pricing. To my surprise, they presented me with an incredible offer - the first time around! One that even another dealership could not meet. When we picked up the car, everyone was present to meet us, ensuring the care did not stop with the downpayment. Do we have a new dealership and place for service? I believe we do! Do we have new friends we trust? I KNOW we do.

Aiden is very helpful, he fixed my problem temporarily, ordered the part and scheduled the appointment to install the new part. He went out of his way to help me, including getting any recalls fixed before I left, I recommend this dealer and their service department. They treat you like one of the family!
