Salesman was very friendly and courteous. Always asked if I had questions. Wanted to know if I was interested in Limited Crosstrek in stock versus standard car that would become stock in two weeks. Worked with me on trade in and price in a diligent way I couldn’t refuse and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you for the easy, quick car buying experience.

From the minite I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They listened to my concerns, and needs and were responsive. I was able to test drive the model I was interested after I was shown all the features of the vehicle. After the test drive and I indicated I wanted some differences, they had my perfect vehicle on hand. The purchasing and financing process was easy. I was introduced to many who worked there including someone from the service department, and two managers and received a tour. I was also told about their service program, how to set up appointments, and their vehicle loaner option. After the vehicle was mine, my sales rep (David), went over the vehicle fratures again so I could set my preferences, pair my phone, among other things. They treated me like a friend or family member.

I have been a customer here for many years, even when it was Hatfield Subaru. These people are the best! Leo in sales has worked there for 6 years, but I only met him 6 months ago when I was looking to replace my car which was a total loss after a bad wreck in December of 2023. He was a wonderful example of what I have learned to expect from this dealership. Never anything other than helpful and understanding, Leo is the kind of person you'd be proud to call your friend, and I do.The selection of cars and the knowledge about them at Germain can't be better anywhere in the area! Nate in financing is a gem, too! He won't stop until you are satisfied and happy. This is the crown jewel of dealerships in Columbus, Ohio! You won't be sorry if you go there, and you'll most likely leave smiling!

In and out within 1 hour and 45 minutes and no appointment to start with. Oil change and normal maintenance. I had time for 2 cups of hot chocolate and 2snacks. The guys are always very professional.
