Outstanding from the receptionist to Braden. They both were polite kind and very helpful. Service was top notch. This was the first time at a dealership that I feel that I would return as well as recommend to others.

Unwilling to commit to do what they said they would do.

Unwilling to commit to do what they said they would do. Had my car in for the same issue 5 times and they were unwilling to replace necessary parts needed to fix my car, they wanted to continue to drive my car trying to replicate the issue in the electrical system. They had a plan to replace the wiring harness if the issue occurred again and when it occurred again they couldn't commit to following through with what they told me was the plan, they simply wanted to continue driving my car. I presented them with a video of the occurrence which they didnt show interest in watching. Very disappointing!
