Knowledgeable staff took care of me immediately and got my tire replaced under warranty. Management of this facility is Barrnunn the best I’ve seen. The Jermaine family should be proud of the general manager and service Director.

Great service
Have bought 5 cars from Germain. Been coming here for at least 5 years for service. Tried a Kia dealership closer to my home, but they tried to nickel and dime me for things that I didn’t need. Germaine Kia actually listens to their customers.

The service was performed quickly on software update.The staff was polite and provided answers to my questions.The waiting room was very nice and clean with free coffee and popcorn. The washer light came on when I arrived and the technician must have seen that and added washer fluid

We absolutely loved our experience. Dustin was so knowledgeable and never once pushed anything on us. He made us feel as though he truly wanted us to find the vehicle that would be best for our family. He was so kind and patient as we looked and he show us only what we had asked to see.
