Huge shout out to the Germain kia family.

Huge shout out to the Germain kia family. Just bought a brand new vehicle. It was a group effort, but everyone bent over backwards to make sure I went home happy. I had to come back in and put a tow hitch on and the service department was even great. I even had a sales person from Germain toyota help us out. The Germain family should be very proud of these associates Ken Gurung, Skylar Smith, Ricardo Gomaz, and Brian Franks. If you have any questions or problems any of these guys will make sure you are 100% satisfied. Thank you!

Attentive, listened to what I wanted and didn’t push

Attentive, listened to what I wanted and didn’t push anything. My options came down to a new car and a slightly used car. I went with the used. I’m sure the salesman would have made more if I’d done with the new but he didn’t say a word to sway me towards the new.

They have normally been great but this last experience

They have normally been great but this last experience may make me go to a different dealership.I had an appointment, no follow up info that day, called 3 times the next day left messages- no call— talked to someone who promised the person next to her would call me- no call. Drove to dealership to find out the p”part” ordered was wrong, ( did not address the other issue I left it for) Took Car home and still not heard from them( 2 weeks) and I have left a message

I made an appointment per a flyer sent from Kia for a service update. After calling Germain Kia and having them scheduled the appt, I got down there today and they were incredibly rude. First I have had service done on my kia there for a number of years. In checking in, he printed out the service record and said it was done in 2020. I asked why they made the appt, and told me in was needed? I was then told "it was not his problem, and to call Kia Customer service." Not his problem? Is this how they treat a woman coming in for service on their car? Todd was so very nice to my husband when he called afterwards, but to me? The service dept was rude. This is the second time something like this has happened. When I had a software update on GPS system, I made an appt, got down there and was told I needed to come back as the person who had the flash drive was on a cruise and took it with him. So as an older woman going here, beware you will be treated poorly.

Always excellent, staff professional and friendly. Time is reasonable, they want you to be comfortable while waiting. Bathrooms always clean and stocked
