Cole, was easy to work with, listened to my concerns, he talked to the technician and got right back to me on all the issues, immediately, he made all the repairs happen. Thankyou Cole !

They made us very comfortable while we waited for our car with free tea coupons and finished in a timely manner. We loved the free car wash coupons!

Always Solid

Been having my Mazda 3 serviced here since buying it in 2019. Always solid service and the cars been well taken care of. Also appreciate how they’ve been upgrading the service process by adding email/text summaries and updates. Makes recommendations easy to remember. Video overviews of the inspection are also a nice touch. Brian in the service department was fantastic. First time working with him and he took time to explain the purpose of some recent recommendations. Concise and handled a rush very well

People that works here are top notch !

Oct 6, 2023 Brian H is a very nice, friendly, happy and helpful. Not only he give me some ideas to save a lot of money but he even should me how to replace my cabin filter . He is awesome! I highly give him a 10 score (excellent ). Very accommodating and he answered all my questions.

Good overall service.

Good overall service. Would have thought that the new filter authorization would have been a standard item for a three (3) year 15,000 mile service.

Bryan was awesome. After stopping by a few other dealerships and getting the run around, Bryan was a breath of fresh air. He was honest and informative without putting pressure on me which I really appreciated. The communications with the dealership were clear and concise yet very pleasant. They also honored my Costco auto club discount which made a big difference! I really appreciated the price transparency. This was my first experience buying a car from the dealership and they made it easy. The popcorn was a plus!

Cole is always cheerful and helpful.

Cole is always cheerful and helpful. He rightly recommended I add a brake fluid replacement (?) when I had the tires rotated, oil changed, and rear brake pads replaced. The mechanics were speedy and I was out of there in 3 hours.
