Service

I have been coming to the Bredemann Service center for years now. The dealership has great amenities but most of all, great staff. I have been helped by Malinda, Christine, Martha and have been in close contact with the wash crew. I usually wait or go for a walk with my dogs. I do not take a loaner because I can appreciate the "no pet" policy. I prefer to wait or get a shuttle service home. Malinda, Martha and Christine are knowledgeable and have very well rounded personalities, which is a must have in the customer service world. The car wash staff is always friendly and I love the wash perks! Thank you for the exceptional service!

quick and easy

I recently brought my car in for a recall and Christine met me at my car and went over all work at was being done. I did not had my current insurance card Malinda was kind enough to get my card emailed and went the next step and put a copy in my car. while this was taking place Martha jumped in and got my loaner pulled up and paired my phone. I was blown away with the service I was provided and will continuing servicing my car here and purchasing my next one. nice to see consistency with the employees. thank you

worked around my schedule

I was very pleased and happy Martha Turaczy was able to work around my busy schedule and get my RX350 serviced. It proved once more how Bredemann Lexus has an understanding staff working to exceed the customer's needs. I was extremely satisfied with the service performed on my car. The price competitiveness sure made my decision easy! Martha, along with Jeff Kaddatz, do a tremendous job each time I visit Bredemann Lexus.

quick and easy

Outstanding service

The team at this dealership is always tops. Service experience was more than excellent. I came in a bit late in the evening and there was no hesitation from Jose or Dave to help me with my service. I was a bit overdue on an oil change and did not want to go anywhere else so waited until I could get to Bredemann. So happy I did. Thanks guys!!!

Service @ Bredemann

Prior to owning a Lexus I have had many make and model vehicles. Lexus has by far been the best choice! My vehicle and my Lexus dealer have been very kind to me. My service gals Martha Christine and Melinda have been generous to me over the years of bringing my Lexus in to be serviced. Always friendly, kind and treat me like royalty. Today I needed my tires checked and sure enough as busy as service was Martha was accommodating. All three girls I would recommend to anyone who uses Bredemann service.

Exhaust repair

I had an exhaust leak and it was replaced under warranty byMalinda and Martha. they are great to work with, friendly and smart. I love my Lexus!

Helps you save money

Marvin Dumanlang and Pat K. helped me get a $1200 service bill down to $960. Always gives practical advice and doesn't push manufacturer parts when your in a money crunch. I don't recommend most folks take a car to a dealership service considering the labor cost is usually really high, but Bredemann Lexus' service team, with thier exemplarly customer service, is the exception to the rule.
