I have 2 vehicles that I get serviced at Bredemann and I always look for Marvin or Malinda for assistance. They are knowledgable and always deliver such exceptional service. They are honest and genuine and I never think twice about the service needed or provided. They give me accurate time frames and always are always patient with me and my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars.

We just purchased our fourth car through Bredemann Lexus and, honestly, I couldn't imagine going anywhere or working with any other salesman than Howard Meron. Howard used his 20 years of experience at Bredemann to help us sort through our needs and find the perfect car -- an exciting NX 200T SUV. He even new the details on the cars we were already driving better than we did! He is friendly and particularly patient and helpful in teaching us all the technical aspects of the new car. After buying and driving several cars from another well-known luxury car mfg., I decided I would consider buying a Lexus and visit a dealer (Bredemann) to see how I would be treated as a potential customer. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Kathy Walsh, I felt like the most important person she had dealt with all day. Although the car/color (a white IS250) was not immediately in stock, Kathy assured me she would find one in the area ASAP. True to her word, I drove out of the dealership in my new Lexus in less than a week. Kathy has followed up since I've had the car, and I feel she is totally interested and dedicated to my satisfaction with the car and my learning all the features that make the car so wonderful to own and drive. I just purchased a 2014 ES 350H from Bredemann. While I might have hoped for a slightly better price, as a whole, the experience was a very positive one. In large part, this was a result of dealing with Sue Guido. Sue was responsive to all my phone calls and emails. I had to wait for the car I wanted to become available. Sue kept me informed every step if the way. She's a professional with years of experience in automobile sales. She also took time to instruct me on my car's new technology...no doubt I'll be back for more of that. This purchase is my 4th Lexus. Last time, I dealt with another Lexus dealership in closer proximity to my house. This time, I was back to Bredemann. I so appreciate their straight forward approach.
